The team here at this location is superb! They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were so friendly and I just had to write a review. These days, kindness can be a rarity. I just got a breakfast sandwich (which was delicious by the way) but really the experience of friendly faces and being taken care of by hard working staff made this experience one I will not forget!! Give this staff raises!!

Unable to wait 25 minutes plus for a coffee

Have heavy cream but are unable to put it in a drink.

Love the convenience and high quality of food. But on my most recent visit I had to wait 40 minutes for an order placed through the mobile app. The barista was clearly overwhelmed, yet no other employees jumped in to help. Some customers left without even receiving their items.

A very chill and laid-back place to have breakfast or lunch. The people there are always friendly and very helpful,

Cool place…busy but efficient. Great tasting coffee and wide breakfast options. Nice vibe and background music.

When I visited the cafe last year there were some decent vegan options at the menu, but none of them are available now. I went there yesterday and they just have a slice of avocado toast that is not even that special. The coffee is good though.

The regular black coffee was so so but the Frappuccino was excellent

Longest wait I’ve ever seen workers have no urgency

Great fresh brews here! Nice decadent baked goods to go! Conveniently located by all the shops with inside and outdoor seating. Fun to relax and enjoy a cup of brew here!

Worst service. We came in on Sunday, September 22nd at 10:30 AM. The guy barista (short haired with a patchy beard) that took our order never greeted us… gave eye contact… or offered any help. He was incredibly rude and immediately ruined the experience from the start. We aren’t from here and were told the coffee was great. Coffee was ok but service and experience absolutely sucked.

I’m always on the search for good coffee and healthy breakfast options while traveling (because neither are ever available at conference hotels). Found both here. Americano was nice and smooth. The oatmeal is amazing! Nice atmosphere and plenty of outdoor seating were a bonus.
