Delizioso, yumm! Yep, what a delicious cup of cappuccino! Cute, nostalgic place tucked into an old building that offers many choices for the coffee-goer. Service was awesome and more than accommodating. How, exactly? Kind, well spoken staff, with service brought to your seat (even though they don't have to). Second time coming here, and next time I will give a go again.

I've been a regular here for years and the service is always wonderful. Tea and coffee options are tasty and the atmosphere is great for a quick break or casual lunch. Excellent location in the Third Ward.There are several staff that are stand-outs, but I will specifically call out Matea for always providing a friendly greeting and making a point to remember my regular order.

Pistachio Pandan Latte was delicious, great flavor!I ordered an Everything bagel and received a Plain bagel was disappointed when I got home. The bagel also was not fresh very hard.

I go to Colectivo all the time but not usually the Third Ward location. Today I ordered a cold brew and it tasted like water. I was expecting a really strong coffee taste and I truly can’t tell that there’s ANY coffee in this pale, watery drink. I ordered it online and my husband picked it up so I didn’t know until he brought it home. There’s nowhere to file a complaint in the app either which is frustrating. Usually this place is great but super disappointed in the lack of coffee in my coffee today :/ (two stars because our food was good)
Better than average coffee but not the best. Bonus that they warmed up our croissants.

After 6 years of patronage at this location, yesterday was my last day. The pastry case was infested with fly bugs. Not 1 or 2. I stop counting at 23. They were crawling all over the pastries. When I addressed this with the cashier, she said that management knew, they've done everything to correct it and that the Health Dept. says it's ok. I said the food should not be served to people with bugs crawling all over it and it should be pulled and thrown away. As I am speaking, another employee comes and puts more pastries in with the bugs from suspicious looking ziplock bags. I will be notifying the health department as well. Both the bugs and the response I received was disgusting!!!
