The Southwest Salad or wrap is always my go to. I request my chicken extra crispy and love their homemade dressing. I get a side of hot sauce for the salad or wrap to add a nice kick. The Ingredients are always fresh and the chicken is cooked the moment you order. The staff and owner are always friendly and welcoming. I love this place.

I've always driven by this place and wanted to try it - At Last! What a wonderful thing it is for Milwaukee to have a Salad place! This is new for the city of brats and cheese. I loved it. I ordered the Gado Gado and it was delicious and filling. I wish it had a bit more dressing on it, my companion said the same thing about his custom salad, too. So make sure you get the right amount of dressing that you like on your salad, and I guarantee you will love your meal. So many ways to make a big salad to your heart's desire. Excellent flavor combinations, well worth the price. The place closes at five, though, so forget about dinner here. We were the only folks dining in, we lucked out and got there at 4:30 p.m. I'm sure they must be busy at lunch time. Clean place, well decorated, fast service. Plus you can get cold water or room temperature water at their machine! Haven't seen that before. Thank you on behalf of all of us who don't like ice cold water (hurts our teeth). Food was okay. Vinaigrette tasted a bit odd though and my fiance's bowl was mostly kale and rice with a little bit of toppings. Still everything tasted alright. Only major disappointment was the soup. Pretty sure I paid 4 dollars for a bowl of canned soup. Chicken cut into little texture-less cubes and all.

Their "mindful lifestyle" claim is total BS. This place is plastic central -- plastic bowls, plastic cups, plastic utensils, and of course, plastic straws, and no alternatives for any of it -- even if dining in. Who cares if it's recyclable -- once it's manufactured, it's here forever, and it doesn't need to exist. Do yourself a favor and go to a real restaurant without all the plastic. That's what a mindful lifestyle really means.
