I know it's all about the subs. Fried bologna sub was absolutely incredible. The bread is always so soft and toasty. Don't get me started on the cheese. Curds yes, you have to get them every single time

This cousins literally stole my money. I ordered through their app and when my food was being delivered, the driver stole my food. Door dash said I had to go through cousins for a refund because I ordered through their app. It’s now almost been a week and I still haven’t received my refund. I called them three times with a promise that someone would call me back. No one has. I just waited 35 minutes on hold on my last call. I’d recommend picking your food up if you order from cousins. DoorDash is awful, and apparently, they don’t like to give good customer service or people’s money back for food they never received.

Update: They finally issued a refund. 6 days later. And after I have a bad survey, a bad review, and contacted their corporate. I still will not go to cousins. I don’t trust them. I’ll find a new sub place!

I’m so sick of this cousins everytime I order online it says about 20-30 minutes then I get there on time to pick up and I’m waiting 20-30 minutes what’s the use to ordering online this time I’m pissed cause I had something to do and I was late they should have you pay on pick up so if it’s not ready you can leave I shouldn’t have to prepay and then wait that’s so misleading

Why is it that you ask and pay for double meat which NEVER!!!!! Looks like the commercial subs, My thing is what portion size are the commercial subs if I wanted looking like the advertisement? I ordered a 2 turkey doubled portion meat with provolone and extra lettuce. I get home, No lettuce, no doubled meat and full of onions and tomatoes rolled up tight which looking like a regular sub! Piss me off! Sorry any not having a photo I just gave the subs to the garbage can. Next time I will go inside and make sure it’s want I paid for is meet. Cousins need to stop advertising subs they don’t really make on Tv 😳😤 smh! We folks here in MKE we need to really ask ourselves why we get ripped off at these fast food joints?

This location either needs a remodel or shut its doors. Before the pandemic i would go inside. It was unclean and unorganized. After the pandemic I have been through the drive thru. I know they are short of help. It took them a while to take my order. I don't go to this location anymore. Been to a different one It was somewhat better.

I ordered online for 2 party platters. Order was submitted at 2PM, the estimated time was 4PM. I got there at 4PM and the order was still not ready. The entire restaurant was filled with people with online orders, one customer left to the store, came back, and his order was still not ready. Employees complained about the ordering machine not receiving orders. I read past reviews about this location and that seems like a common problem. I waited for an extra 1 hour and 15 minutes for my order (the one i ordered 3 hours ago). When I received my food, one party platter came complete with 20 subs, the other was 16 (missing 4).

There were many customers repeatedly asking about their orders, some customers received the wrong orders too.

Overall, I rate this experience a .5/5 stars, not even worthy of a 1 star.
