I went to this location and order a simple order through the drive through. The cashier repeated my order back correctly and charged me based on what I order. The cashier bag my order and gave me the wrong food. Once I got home an and noticed the mistake, I called them back to make them aware. I was told the cashier was new and they only way they could correct his mistake was for me to drive 45mins tonight from my home back to their location for them help me and bring the food back. I will never patronize this store again. The same way they want me to come back and bring the food to show them their mistake is ridiculous. They need to apply that same energy to ensure they are giving out the right food. They rather inconvenience the customer than take accountability of their mistake and come up with a better process then telling people to come back to the store even after I explained the distance it would take for me to come back l tonight to bring the food. They are not paying my gas and I have no reason to lie about food when I only order two sandwiches. Over this store they always make mistakes at the customer expense.

I came to your store well before the noon rush hour there was only 2 cars in the parking lot and the cashier made the mistake of leaving her mic on so I could hear her conversation with another coworker. Instead of taking my order promptly she continued her conversation for at least a good 2 minutes. Then she finally took my order and as I pulled up to pay for my order she again ignored me and continued her conversation with her friend. I have been coming to this location for many years and had always been satisfied with my food and service but not today I was treated so poorly so I abandoned my order and left in total disappointment. Cousins please retrain your ppl and emphasize the importance of customer service if it were not for us you may go under.

This place got our doordash wrong, then told us over the phone all we needed to do to get the food we ordered was bring in the receipt. When we arrived they told us we needed to also bring in the food that was messed up. Now the are forcing us to pay for another overpriced sub in order to get what we actually ordered. Do not order from the location whatever you do, the employees are incompetent and won't even give you what you ordered. STAY AWAY. Corporate if you see this, fire Deshaun F. I will never be eating at this location again and it's because of this terrible terrible service and interaction.

After 10 years I gave Cousin’s Subs another shot when I came to town and wow, still trash. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Italian Special? More like Italian Barely There. No flavor, no meat, no reason to ever come back. Subway looking like a 5-star steakhouse compared to this mess. 🥴

The cashier Janice claims I got her for a pull tab. Which I never received. Go check the cameras and see that I didn't get one.. Then she Janice made a smart ass comment as I was walking out the door. After I told her she didn't give me a pull tab. I won't be going back to this cousins..

I know it's all about the subs. Fried bologna sub was absolutely incredible. The bread is always so soft and toasty. Don't get me started on the cheese. Curds yes, you have to get them every single time

This cousins literally stole my money. I ordered through their app and when my food was being delivered, the driver stole my food. Door dash said I had to go through cousins for a refund because I ordered through their app. It’s now almost been a week and I still haven’t received my refund. I called them three times with a promise that someone would call me back. No one has. I just waited 35 minutes on hold on my last call. I’d recommend picking your food up if you order from cousins. DoorDash is awful, and apparently, they don’t like to give good customer service or people’s money back for food they never received.

Update: They finally issued a refund. 6 days later. And after I have a bad survey, a bad review, and contacted their corporate. I still will not go to cousins. I don’t trust them. I’ll find a new sub place!
