Subs were absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was brown . The tomatoes were sadder than a kid that lost his puppy. The meat had to be expired to it tasted awful . Bread was tasty

Place is way to expensive to be getting simple orders wrong.
I bought a strawberry shake and it was absolutely awful. Taste like kids Nesquik strawberry powder and it was more soupy milk than any kind of ice cream in it at all it was absolutely disgusting I had to throw it away. The sandwich I bought was a Philly steak and it's not bad for a fast food sandwich definitely eatable. I would give the sandwich three stars and the shake one star at best

so when i stopped by there i had to wait because a custmor was being horrible and rude the woman was making the staff uncomfortaable and the woman dealing with this custmor was very paitent and tried her hardest but the custmors behavior was disgusting. And i dont think staff anywhere should be treated that way. They deserve a big high five for keeping it together for all the other custmors waiting.

There's a lot of new workers there right now which I understand. However they're very disorganized, it took them almost an hour to make my food and they again didn't start making the max n cheese until I got there. Using the app at this location is useless because it's not going to be ready ima timely manner. I was getting lunch quick from here because it's close to my job but it took them from 5:18 pm to 5:50 pm to complete my order. It wasn't busy when I arrived, there was 3 other customers there and I waited about 15 mins in store after I already ordered it ahead.The receipt says it was completed at 5:34 because that's when it was supposed to be done according to the app, but it wasn't accurate to when I actually left. I think this location needs better management and I hope it gets better with the new employees. Won't be coming back though! The mac n cheese cup was encrusted in a cheese mess and was nicely garnished with a shriveled herb.

Philly cheese steak sandwich was good along with my vanilla shake and potatoe chips!Although it's been awhile since I was Here the prices are higher! $17.00 for a sandwich, bag of chips & a regular size milk shake!I've couldn't bought a hot meal cheaper somewhere else!
Fresh and fast this mini sub hit the spot of 5 inches. The bread was fresh with the rain and mound of crunchy lettuce, mayo, and cheese.

Made a pick up order and everything was good but.... The sandwiches were dry. I asked for mayo and was told it was on the subs. The cashier gave a me a mayo cup just in case. Which we ended up needing. Still giving 5 stars because it's not the end of the world.The cashier was super nice and I enjoy eatting from this location. Always clean and the service is quick even when understaffed. Way better than the 27th st location.

For some reason they just can't get an order right. No onions means no onions extra lettuce means extra lettuce... On top of it they must think we're Nashville not Milwaukee because for some reason they're playing country music?!

Went to pickup an online order wanted to go in to add some items, lobby was locked. Was told they were short on staff and unable to open lobby/ dinning room.Other than that the food was very good.
