Manager Joe went way above and beyond anything he had to do and made sure I got my order after closing time. Contrary to the last review, I appreciate this location and can’t say enough good things about the service and the food.

One of the workers lacks customer service. As someone who works cashier it’s important to realize who walks in first and who’s waiting been waiting in line. Didn’t even get a welcome as walking in either. Regardless if “you’re busy” the customer has to be acknowledged when walking in. Thank you to the other workers who noticed and helped.

Me and mom recently went in to purchase food and the two guys one by the name of tray and I didn’t catch the other guys name gave amazing service and even informed my mom on the hours changing… I really enjoyed their service the only downside was tray didn’t put his number on the receipt 😞

Personally, I feel like this is the best cousins around the Greenfield, Franklin, oak creek area in the city. Subs are always good and have enough meat and vegetables on the subs, not like other locations that seem to skimp, they don't here. Whenever I want a sub, I come here.

The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the sandwich was packed with flavor. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely a great option in the area!"

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. We had ordered 2 small fries and only received one that was already cold. When i called, the worker who answered immediately apologized and made us 2 fresh ones. When I returned she didn't even want the first order back. Many restaurants in the area can learn from their example, this is what great customer service looks like. If management is reading give your people a bonus!

Thee BEST Cousins ever! I've been going here for about 8 months & tried the Roast Beef & Cheddar. These subs are always fresh & delicious. They use real roast beef! Very nice people working there too! The Rewards on the app, add up quickly, so you can get free stuff, even a half of sub. Keep up the outstanding work!
Yesterday my boyfriend and I were having lunch when I heard a young man trying to order, and I could hear him counting change trying to see what he could afford. As he was about to give up and leave I approached and asked if he wants something to eat I'll pay for wantever he wants on the menu. All he ordered was a small drink, small shake, and a fry. I asked him repeatedly if there's anything else he wanted, and he said no. The woman at the counter looked very upset and tried handing me the receipt, but I said to give it to him because it's his order. He sat with my boyfriend and I and was so quiet. He asked a few questions here and there, and was very happy to get his fries and shake. While I was leaving I bought him a $25 gift card and left it to him at the table, again I could tell that the staff was upset. I will point out that he was a young black male with a ski mask on, and a winter coat, and it hurt seeing how the women there were looking at him, when he was quiet, polite, and just wanted to get something to eat. Today my boyfriend was picking up our lunch when he heard the woman at the counter kicking the same young man out, and when he said he has a gift card, she said her GM said he has to spend the gift card at another location. When my boyfriend asked for the reason, the woman at the counter said because her GM said so. My boyfriend said the young man didn't argue just looked out the window like he wanted to cry. I am never going back to this location ever again. I will also add at every point if my transactions I tipped them, thinking they would appreciate to be part of doing something good for a fellow human being.
