Place has gone to the dogs. Extremely slow service even though not busy. They had to ask 3 times over 10 minutes what I ordered despite only ordering 1 item and being only one ordering. Took them almost 15 minutes to make a cold sub. Workers seem to stand around not knowing what to do. Will not shop there again.

I happened to have pulled up when the store was about to close. I am disabled, can barely walk and the 2 people that were working on 12/02/2024, were so helpful, did deeply care, respectful and some of THEE NICEST people I have met working for Cousins. I believe Kevin was his name and the females name, I didn't happen to get. Both of them get a 5 Star rating, as well as the store for cleanliness, and the Cheese Steak was so good.. Thank you for the blessing Kevin and female co-worker. Thank you for not turning me away. May God Give the both of you many blessings. Thank you again
My food was cold they gave me a half of container of fries my soup was cold when I asked to use the bathroom the server Nicole had a very bad attitude as if she didn’t wish to give me the key on top of that there was no tissue in the bathroom and no soap to pay that amount of money to deal with bad attitudes and cold food is crazy
I hate this location! They NEVER have anything available. They only have what they allow or feel like having for the day. As soon as I pulled up the drive-through, the employee said, "All fryers are closed. Only order cold food." It's only 8 and your store doesn't close until 10. Lazy workers. Smh
