Everything in the store is literally Clean the floos the garbage the counter all the way down to the uniforms everybody was presentable and nice. everything in the store is literally clean today is January 6th 2026 I was accommodated very well by the store manager Tom the front attendant Jazz took my order and was very patient with me and helped me along the way and Desiree was on the grill cooking up some good food these ladies in the store manager was very kind to me and I will be returning 🫶🏾

Today was my first day at a new company, and by the time I got off work, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I decided to grab something quick to eat and stopped at Cousins on East Capitol. From the moment I walked in, Ora and Moe had such uplifting energy and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
Being in their presence felt comforting and peaceful, and I left knowing my food was prepared with care. When I got home and ate my sub, it was not only fresh but made exactly the way I requested.

Pissed got all the way home to food that wasn't what we ordered! Payed $28 bucks for two large fries and two clubs😳. These subs both have 5 pieces of ham and two slices of provolone cheese on them and NO turkey. Why!? A waste of money. If we could make it back there before they close we would give this bullshit right back to them.
I got the Ham and Provolone, really good as always. Everyone that works here is so sweet and has a lovely energy, and it made my day, thanks y’all!

where do i start ? This place has done a complete 360 . The staff are so welcoming and nice and inviting. April , Ora & the young man with dreads made everything hassle free & was so accommodating to my picky wife lol . I will definitely be back and these staff remembers definitely need to be recognized for their dedication to this store & the cousins subs brand . GREAT WORK TEAM AND KEEP IT UP
