Today was my first day at a new company, and by the time I got off work, I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I decided to grab something quick to eat and stopped at Cousins on East Capitol. From the moment I walked in, Ora and Moe had such uplifting energy and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
Being in their presence felt comforting and peaceful, and I left knowing my food was prepared with care. When I got home and ate my sub, it was not only fresh but made exactly the way I requested.
This Cousins location truly stands out—Ora and Moe are leaders who set the tone, and I appreciate them immensely. This is the Cousins to choose!

Pissed got all the way home to food that wasn't what we ordered! Payed $28 bucks for two large fries and two clubs😳. These subs both have 5 pieces of ham and two slices of provolone cheese on them and NO turkey. Why!? A waste of money. If we could make it back there before they close we would give this bullshit right back to them.

where do i start ? This place has done a complete 360 . The staff are so welcoming and nice and inviting. April , Ora & the young man with dreads made everything hassle free & was so accommodating to my picky wife lol . I will definitely be back and these staff remembers definitely need to be recognized for their dedication to this store & the cousins subs brand . GREAT WORK TEAM AND KEEP IT UP

Delicious food and the staff as DELIGHTFUL. I’ve never been asked how I wanted the bacon cooked in my BLT sub and it was crispy perfection. I would definitely visit this location again. Thank you!
This has to be the worst cousin's in Milwaukee. Where are the managers or owners? The floors are sticky, the people are rude, the music that they are playing is not appropriate at all!!! This used to be a really good cousin's, not anymore.

Very unprofessional! This cousins subs posted they were hiring on indeed, my daughter applied. The manager spoke with my daughter on the phone saying she will give my daughter a call, my daughter was so excited, she then waited & never received a call… so I told her to call cousins , she then spoke with the manager & she played games with my daughter making it seem like she was going to hire her , the manager told my daughter to call back at a certain time, when my daughter called back at that time.. an employee picked up the phone & stated “the manager was not there” my daughter had patience & waited another day the same thing happened the next day. The employees started to answer the phone , telling my daughter they were gonna put her on hold then resumed the call & stated the manager was not there. I am very upset because the manager could have told her she did not want to hire her instead of playing games with my daughter for a week & a half. We will not be customers at this cousins anymore!
