The creepiest location I’ve ever been to. I want to see my food being prepared. Especially with the staff this place has. And don’t be surprised if you get robbed or car jacked walking to your car. Sketch area. When food finally did come out of some mystery behind the scenes operation, the bread of my sandwich was wet and soggy. I didn’t trust it at all. Entire meal went in the garbage. $15 to waste. Along with my time and energy. Never again.

Had 3 party packs and chips delivered for the late night snack for our wedding right down the road at the Cooperage. Everything was amazing. Great taste! Everyone loved and devoured them!

Great food, generally good service, but parking is a little awkward with several in and out entrance/exit lanes plus some spaces reserved for staff.
This place is always so slow and has the rudest customer service. We’ve given it the benefit of the doubt 3x and it’s never been short of frustrating.
Go to Jimmy John’s down the street, or Riley’s Sandwiches in the Third Ward — both will be faster, cheaper, and tastier.

I love Cousins. But this location sucks. For one, the employees are no where to be seen. They hide in a back room and come out every like 10 minutes when an order is ready. I placed my order online and I am still sitting here waiting for my food or someone to talk to. Someone arrived and ordered 20 minutes after I did and got their food already. This is nothing like any Cousins experience I have had before. 45 minutes to make three subs? No way to ask about the progress of my order? I wish I wouldn't have tipped in advance!

I Ordered dine in and they wrapped it up to go, then unwrapped it and put it in a basket it was cold and a large order of fries was half full. Needs to be cleaned fries and lettuce all over the floor.
There was that idiotic gay pride fest right outside So there was a line of customers It looked like the guy was running the store was by himself But he still was getting everybody's order out fairly quickly and done right
