Mostly these Sub places are the same when it comes towards their staff-workers and services. A lot of these Cousins Subs get too! carried away with loading your sub sandwich with onions! I like onions but Not the way Cousins sub do it

Quite disappointed. Third straight visit to this location receiving an incorrect order (hence the loss of 3 stars). I absolutely love cousins, but this location needs serious attention by corporate. I work close by so this location is only option for lunch break.Typical experience here, I wait at counter for up to 2-3 minutes until an employee finally emerges from the back kitchen. I order my club with no mayo, no onion, on garlic herb. I get a club on Italian, lots of mayo, lots of onions. This has happened three times in a row so shame on me I guess.Also told "we're out of cheese curds".I want to continue to go here for my 30 minute lunch but it's seriously frustrating that this spot cannot make a very simple sandwich.

1st and NationalSlow serviceCalled in ahead of time for 2 whole subsItalian Special with no lettuce and they put on alot of lettuceMeatball and provoloneHad to wait an extra 15 minutes in their lobby while they made my subs. SMH2 whole subs $35 ... won't be going back

Oh my goodness. Absolutely ridiculous. Food was beyond soggy like a pair laundered socks. Vegetables were wilted and clearly not fresh. If you get extra meat, be prepared to have paper thin bread as it does nothing to hold in the ingredients to even experience the sun. Everything’s falls out. Prior to even eating the sun though, they prepare these 12+ inch subs and don’t have bags to accommodate them. They opted for me to carry my food over my shoulder like a log instead of giving me a carry out bag to fit the sandwiches or simply cutting everything into 6-7 inches or logical halves. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service not to do that or tell someone. Additionally, one of the sandwiches were wrong and I paid for things I didn’t receive. By the time the sandwiches were ready to eat it was soaked through every layer of the wrapping paper and absolutely disgusting to eat soggy bread and wilted vegetables. Likely will not be back.

Ledell was my cashier and he is FABULOUS. His friendly smile and kind vibe made me feel so welcome and appreciated! Over 30 years with Cousin's and you can tell, he's just wonderful. Thanks Ledell for brightening up a cloudy day!

Patronized this location on 5/13...everything was fine except the food...I usually come here and have a pleasant experience, but not this time. The cashier Nani, was very bubbly and upbeat....but the food was trash and way below usual Cousins standard. I ordered the half double cheesesteak...the bread was white; when did Cousins start doing this..‼️And the sandwich was sloppy and thrown together......for the 12.70 I paid I expected better. I use to work for the company back in the 80's, and never was the food this bad....is it the person making the food or what....???....out of 5 stars I'd give this visit a 1....

I love cousin subs and this location is one of the best that I have been to, in Milwaukee and surrounding areas. I have never had a problem with my meals, not made too sloppy etc. The employees are very pleasant and they are always busy, definitely a good sign.
