Poor customer service. Sandwich was prepared with very little marinara sauce (meatball sub). The sub had a funny taste. ??. I'm not to happy about this cousins anymore.

This cousins is very rude manager Freddy left a sandwich out of my bag and think that it’s OK for me to just ride around and come back up there like that’s not an inconvenience. When a manager makes a mistake he should correct his mistake by at least offering a coupon. I do not know if they have new management, but they need to get it together

I went to the actual location after ordering for the first time on Doordash. They have this sub in a bowl option that was so delicious. The seasonings, amount of items, especially when you pay for extra meat, makes this a filling meal. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a 7 inch club with bacon, and the immature, rude, and ignorant imbeciles minding the store forgot to put the bacon that I paid extra for on my sandwich because they were too busy flirting with a male customer. I’m sure his order was right.No apology. It was like it was a bother for me to even bring it up, and for my food that I paid for to be made correctly.This was on Sunday, 4/7 around 7:30 pm.I am never patronizing this sorry location again, and expect better than rude, sloppy and illiterate restaurant workers.

This guy nailed it!The issue is they door dash drivers instead they’re own. Door dash drivers are the worst.NEVER AGAIN!!! Today was my second time ordering from their web site for delivery to my workplace. The driver delivered to somewhere in space and getting a refund is HORRIFIC! I called the store FIRST to get a refund. I was told that they have to call corporate and corporate has to call Door Dash. My next call was to the Door Dash number provided in the delivery status text to my phone. Because my order was made online with the store, I was transferred to another person and placed on hold for several minutes while the second person called the store. He never got through to the store; I was told he would proceed with the refund and that a customer service support person would contact me later. From start to finish, this was a terrible experience. The worst part was having to hunt for contact information and a live person to handle the issue. Ordering was easy; refunds are. OT

I placed an online order for delivery. Everything started off fine, delivery was prompt. However, as soon as I saw the bag the problems began. The bag was not sealed as it should have been and my fries appeared to be tampered with. I called Doordash since this is who Cousins used for the delivery. They were just as foolish as the Cousins. But this review is for Cousins I will lite DoorDash up on their page. Ultimately, I was connected to the Cousins and first spoke to someone that had no clue as to why he was even at work. The manager got on the phone and negati3d what DoorDash told me. The sandwich itself was about the size of my wrist l, pitiful.I asked for a refund and the provided her personal number like it was a dateline. All this for a refund. This Cousins is horrible I highly Do Not recommend.
