Employee's slow at services
I used to like coming here
But seems like every time I come
they never get my order right
They rush me to order
I always ask for my bread not to be gutted
and they gut it anyway
and they just throw the toppings on they don’t even fold the meat
I still really like cousins subs
but this location wich I come frequently have messing my order up every time I visit for at least my last 5 visits
I never have this problem at any other location
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean store. Music is inappropriate. I could tell it was a playlist, and staffing was surprised as well with the song playing.

Food was fresh ill give them that. But overall it was a bad experience. Cashier very unprofessional . Cooks work with absolutely not urgency. I ordered online and still waited 30 mins in the lobby for my food. 6 to 7 other customers in the lobby complaining about the service as well. This location needs new management

Did not appear to be organized, Took a while to place order.
That was the best service that I ever had going to a cousin's sub . The young man was so so polite and considerate of our time. He made sure the order was done to perfection and when we found the imperfection he made it a perfection once again. We need more good workers like that down here on the north side.

I went there because of the horrible customer service from the previous time and received 25% off my next order for a positive please come back so I came back yesterday to receive my 25% off the manager yelled at me in front of the whole store swore at me and was very disrespectful and very controlling when I was trying to make a large order I tried to make the order separate so I could understand and make sure I didn't get anything wrong and didn't forget anything and she said I couldn't order that way so I had to do whatever she said to get the order done all said and done I forgot one sandwich she repeated the order three times and still got it wrong at that point she started to be disrespectful and yelling I will never go to the store again this was the second time in a row I was very disrespected and humiliated in front of everyone in the store even customers even the staff was on her side making fun of me I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau if I had a choice I will give them a half a star
