All of our food was OVERLY salty and ruined the meal. No time to return and wait for replacement. The drinks were pricey and there was not one holiday decoration in the entire bar! Our waitress was excellent but not enough to want to return.

Server was friendly and available. Food was out in a timely fashion but was super salty (the salmon, fries, cheese curds). Sweet potato puree was amazing. One of the drinking glasses at the table was covered in a sticky substance but staff was quick to replace it.

This was our second time coming to Craft and it's safe to say that Craft cooks up a really good smash burger! We had a very kind server who checked on us throughout our meal. Great atmosphere and food!

 Great restaurant within the beautiful trade hotel! The food and the service were excellent! 

This was our second time visiting (we liked our first time so much). There was a mixup with our order and that is ok because things happen. But I want to say that the staff was so great and the problem was fixed. Our waitress was great and the manager came over to make sure everything was ok. We loved our food, just as before. So eat here because the food is wonderful but also because they really care about your experience.

The food was decent the atmosphere was great. The service could have been better but there wasn't enough staff. Our waitress was very good. Staffing seems to be a problem with most restaurants lately.

Absolutely awesome!! The garlic bread, generously drizzled with olive oil and slathered in butter, is a must-try—succulent and utterly addictive! I also indulged in the fried artichokes and fried olives, which were, astoundingly, delicious. You won't want to miss this experience! Milwaukee Resident

Food and service were great. Cocktails were awesome. This is my go to place when I drive up from Chicago for an event at the forum. Always dinner and drinks at craft.

Would give the service 4.5 and food 3.5 if I could. Food was solid but not special. Higher end entrees seemed quite pricey. Atmosphere very nice, service was very good and very pleasant. Noise level was good and you could easily have a conversation. That being said it was a Sunday pm and room was fairly empty. Overall a good experience and would consider for dinner if we were going to an event in the area.

Great service and food. Made it easy to stop into before an event and had a great all around experience.

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant based on review and recommendations. Overall it was just average at best. Two folks had the piece of salmon which they said was nice and cooked well. However the citrus Beurre blanc sauce in it and potato puree was basically mush and not much flavor. The sides ordered to share were roasted brussel sprouts and sautéed wild mushrooms. The brussels were soft and almost as if they were boiled like your great grandmas preparation. They were left on the plate after a taste. Meanwhile the mushroom side was more like a steak topping vs a side dish and overcooked. On the bright side the smash burger received a positive review in addition to the flank steak which was prepared well and good flavor. We may try an again at some point but a bit pricey for what was delivered.

Hip and trendy place. Was busy on a Friday night with a show across the street at Fiserv. Atmosphere was active and noisy but not enough to affect our conversation at the table. Both ordered burgers, companion's came with bacon she didn't order, but that was ok. Smashburgers were ok. Not the best and not the worst. Fries were good, service was good and timely considering how busy they were. Would return.

Our server was nice but they were GROSSLY understaffed at the bar and wait staff. Drinks didn't come until after dinner was over.
