You have to get up to give your order and the food was not made by a cuban maybe that's why it didn't taste like cuban, just for there info vaca frita does not have raw green peppers, and the vaca should have been crispy on the out side juice inside, the plantins not sure.
I'm cuban and I have had better.

I had the Cubano, spot on as good as I had it in Tampa/Miami. I'll be back.

My sister and I took our mom here for her bday and even though the mojo was a little citrusy for my liking, everything else from rice and beans to the key lime pie and Cuba Libre were delicious and our waitress was nice and attentive. Just be aware that parking is probably going to be a challenge to find, but this restaurant is worth it!

Really angry guy with bad manners. No authentic cuban food. Extremely poor customer service. Not going there anymore.

I ordered the Macita bowl and it was so good. The happy hour special for mojitos was also a win. Great beverages.

Wonderful wait staff, good vibes with a lively and fun atmosphere! And the food is an 11 out of 10! We’ve enjoyed both variations of the plantain appetizer with guacamole, our family has had several of their dishes - loving each one. And I’ve ‘never’ craved a meal the next day/week from a restaurant, however, the plantain encrusted chicken and Guava infused BBQ sauce was spectacular and I had to have it again the next week!! A+++

Stopped in on a whim during lunch, always wanted to try. Unfortunately, Cuban was cold and dry, but the cheese was melted 🧐 The vaca frita pork was as dry as the Sahara desert. The bartender was very nice/exceptional service. The restaurant was completely empty and food came out quick. I would’ve loved to clean my hands after my meal, but the hand sanitizer near the door was empty.
My buddy and I stopped in after realizing we weren't dressed for the pizza place next door, and ended up happier with this decision. We split a Plantain sampler and each order a Cubano sandwich. Every was incredible, but the mojo sauce that came with the Plantains was next level.

Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered the Macita bowl with the mojo sauce on the side.(to-go) 10/10 I live about 20 mins away and my food was still hot when I got home. Packed well. Smelled amazing. Perfect taste and texture. If you like Cuban food, or interested in trying; 100% recommend. I tried Cubanitas years ago and liked it. They did not disappoint on my return. Will definitely visit more frequently.

The Cuban sandwich was on point. The beans taste like Mexican beans nothing wrong with that but not what I was expecting. And the white rice taste like Chinese food rice. Bro I know Cuban food. I’m not going to say it’s bad but again not what I was expecting. Excellent service. Service gets 5 stars. Cuban gets 5 stars. Pork asado 5 stars. Rice and beans get 2 stars.

Every customer expects that what they order from the menu will be delivered correctly and with care. Unfortunately, that was not the case with my order. The steak sandwich arrived soggy and did not taste fresh. Even worse, it came without french fries, which was one of the main reasons I chose this item. I specifically ordered the steak sandwich with fries, yet they never arrived.
I even left a note asking for hot sauce, and that was ignored too. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Food quality, accuracy, and attention to detail matter, and this place did not deliver on any of those. Definitely a place I will not be ordering from again.

I would not recommend this place for vegetarians. They have a few options but nothing that exceptional. I understand that Cuban food is mainly beef and other meats, but they should incorporate a more clear vegetarian menu section.
The service was underwhelming as you had to go up to the bar every time you needed a refill of your soda.
The overall vibe of the place is just okay, but in my personal opinion I would rather eat a subway sandwich than the cheese sandwich at Cubanita’s.
