Yes students are the ones performing all of the services so under the instructor they have to give Superior dining maybe I need to stop comparing places like Texas Roadhouse to this LOL.

Most folks don't know about this little gem located within the campus of Milwaukee Area Technical College. MATC has an excellent culinary program, and attached to it is Cuisine, their fine dining restaurant. Aspiring chefs to be serve a magnificent 4-course, 5-star lunch at a fraction of what it would cost at a 5-star restaurant. Reservations are recommended as the place usually sells out.

Everything was great from the waiters to the food. Food portions were just right. Having 4 choices for the appetizer as well as the entree would suit any tastebuds. This was my first time eating a MATC Cuisine and will be coming back.

It is a lovely dining experience at Cuisine! I feel like I'm l at a gourmet very expensive restaurant with very creative and delicious food. The students are very professional and meet all expectations. thank you!

Lunch was excellent as usual. My pastor and the church secretary were my guest with this being their first time. Each of them were in awe of the excellent meal and enjoyed being able to see their lunch prepared by the students. We plan another visit when the new lunch menu is scheduled in April.

I enjoyed the salmon with spinach and farro. The steak also looked delicious. A great value.

Service was excellent and our servers were very customer friendly and aware of the foods being served. We were able to make a good selection because our server was familiar with the menu. As retirees, we were happy to visit the campus and to utilize Cuisine for a great meal. I have reservations to bring my pastor and the church secretary for a meal on the 27th.
Both my wife's salmon and my Thai inspired pork dish were top notch. Not sure I could find the same quality anywhere else in MKE. We were at the chefs table in the kitchen providing an extraordinary experience. The waiter assigned was friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. Great experience and glad to support the up and coming chefs!

Cuisine was a terrific experience. The quality and value of the meal is unsurpassed and it was rewarding to participate in the training experience for the next generation of restauranteurs. I highly recommend.

Cuisine is a great spot for lunch. The dining room ambiance is quiet and comfortable. There is a small wine and beer selection, but there is a good variety. Specialty coffees too. The food was excellent; everything was prepared from scratch. Appetizing plate presentations. Service was attentive yet not overbearing. What is truly amazing is that Cuisine is part of the MATC Culinary Arts program, with both food and service done by students.

As a teaching restaurant, you need to expect certain learning curves. I do not find this a problem as it makes the dining experience linger. We are back this next week for another meal and fully support this experience and these young people getting into the hospitality field.

We went there yesterday after an 11 year absence .. thanks to a newspaper review. It is a marvelous gastronomical experience. Great Levantine area cuisine: turkey, Syria, Lebanon etc. The menu is a surprise til you sit down. This was last menu this school year. We’ll be back in fall when the restaurant is open again with new students.
