I was very disappointed with my last trip to this Culver’s the service was fast and great but the food was ice cold. My cheese curds tasted old and like they had been sitting out, and my boyfriend said his burger was also cold. Very disappointed as normally this is our go to location.

I frequent this Culver’s a lot because I’m in the area… one day I had a meal that was so cold and disgusting that I decided to send feedback… I got an email from someone I believe the owner or the manager Matt! He said he was sorry and would send me a certificate… it never came! I emailed to follow up and he said oh they get lost in the mail and that he sent it again… IT NEVER CAME how unprofessional is it to lie to someone about something so petty like a gift certificate? This is why we need to stop frequenting these places they do not care!

Unwelcome atmosphere. I couldn't even get inside because the staff locked the doors. There was no signage indicating drive-thru only on the doors. If there was a sign or message posted outside, then that's one thing. But in this case, all I got from the experience was that the staff couldn't be bothered to allow carry-out. Do better.

when I pushed the take out button and they were just talking and they wouldn't bring out the food so I had to get it😡😡😡
Manager Taneisha took care of me when there was a little hiccup in my order! As humans we are all capable of forgetting things here & there, but Taneisha fixed it for me with no problem.
