Definitely love going to Culver's, just wish Culver's all locations would find a better way to grill chicken so it's not so dried out and hard. But the burgers are the best. As for this location definitely need to do better about keeping the drink area and napkin/condiment area cleaner. Also I don't understand if you have to have security there why are they sitting down or on their phone. I'd think they should be more attentive. Just saying

Was sad they wher were out of my cheese curds but the burgers were amazing! Don't recommend the hot n honey cheese curds they where disappointing

Food was cold, cheese wasn't even melted, and the gluten free bun my girlfriend requested was rock solid. To their credit they apologized and replaced it with a slightly more edible bun. But it seems like they are going bad when they are sitting out all day. Not really sure why they looked like that. There are better culver's stores to go to.

Parking: It's a big parking lot, plenty of parking space.
Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like going for burgers and ice cream. They are pretty patient with the kids. Sometimes, it takes kids a minute or two to figure out what they want on their burgers or what topping they want on their ice cream, so it takes patience and a smile.

I asked for a cherry cooler. It came with nuts and pieces of fudge. How well your team members are trained. Represents management's pride in service. When management doesn't care. It reflects on the team. No more Culvers on Fond du lac! Been going there since it opened in my community.
