I came in to order a meal I approached the register and was serviced by Andrea and her customer service skills was a rating of a 1 out of 10 . She was very rude and disrespectful rolling and smacking her lips , I had to repeat my order a few times because she was distracted my other crew members playing not working. I will not come dine in because of that experience maybe if I’m starving I may do the drive through. Her attitude and distractions were not professional. I’m used to smiling faces and welcoming atmosphere the front crew need some work and training

In short, was rung up twice for wrong orders, given no explanation at all, waited more than 20mins for my meal. Staff made a mistake without taking accountability or simply giving me an understanding of what happened.
Management was involved and did an even worse job than the teenagers that were working.
Honestly, do come here even if this the last Culver’s on planet earth.

Went in for the first time, they didn't listen to my order so I had to repeat it, then they nearly charged me double but luckily I corrected them before they did, then I had to wait an hour for a single burger and a shake. Easily the worst fast food experience of my life
My only problem with Culver's is when they bring your ice cream out in the dish it need to have a closed lid on the ice cream! The workers that bring out the food to the vehicles are running all over the lot looking for the number on the mirror with the ice cream out being exposed!
