SHADY PRICING @ this location. Was charged significantly more than advertised price for a mini royal blizzard and was simply told “yeah our boss hasn’t updated that in awhile”. No ability to refund or honor advertised price in store per cashier.

I haven't been to a DQ in awhile, so I thought I'd get something simple here and quench my sweet tooth. I ordered the simple One hot dog with ketchup, relish and mustard, and a medium strawberry shake. Everything we ok, even the microwaving of the dog and bun. I get to the car and open the container for the hot dog and the bun (and dog) was upside down in the container! No wrapping of the dog, nothing....just a bun upside down with relish everywhere. THIS IS HOW THE PERSON GAVE IT TO ME!! I don't think I need to say anything else, but the easiest thing to accomplish as an employee and she completely failed on a very deep level. Never again.

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE! Went to pick up my son’s $54.00, 8 inch, birthday cake and plastic coated cardboard was burnt. Right in the front of the cake. I said that it was an issue and was told that the burned area “did not affect the cake.” I said that it was for my son’s 4th birthday and we would like it to look nice on the table for pictures. They said they could not do anything. The cake is stuck to the cardboard, so pieces cut by the burned area will get ash and flaking plastic in them. I asked for either a refund or the cake to be remade (the party was is two days) and they said they couldn’t do either option. Frustrated because I am trying to make this birthday special and now I have to figure out how to hide this burn hole and now part of this expensive cake is inedible.
Birthday cake was delicious. Great colors and display on cake too for my 14 yr. old nephew's birthday, which can be very tricky at that age. All the guests and family loved it. Feed a lot of people. Most importantly he loved it!Really made the moment special and one he'll never forget. Just perfect. Highly Recommend! Also service was friendly, kind, fast, and it was a clean establishment. But it was busy at the time and day i went in. Even with being busy staff was fast. And i think the price was worth the quality product, delicious cake we received.
