But I learned the only food they sale is different kinds of hot dogs, i didn't know that.
But very gud costumer service 👌🏾
terrible service, didn’t give us what we ordered then we received the wrong meal.
Meets all expectations. Good experience each time I have visited.

Sunday I preordered an Oreo blizzard cake online for a birthday party. Over the course of two days Dairy Queen and I played phone tag since they require prepayment and confirmation to place the order. Each time I called back it went straight to voicemail and was never able to touch base with anyone. I left several voicemails trying to confirm my order and pay, I also asked if they could please let me know if my order was confirmed with no avail. Luckily when I went to pick up the cake it had been made. Although the cake had no Oreo pieces or chocolate drizzle and the icing to write Happy Birthday was the wrong color. I asked if it was possible to have Oreo pieces to put on the cake, since Oreos typically come on it, he said he could charge me for a side of Oreo pieces. I kind of tried to talk to the guy at the counter about how it normally comes with oreos and showed a cake I’ve bought in the past. He said it was above his pay grade and to call if I had complaints. Added last years cake for reference (one with candle).

At first they didn't think they had the color I had asked for to decorate an ice cream cake, but they searched and found it, then worked to unclog it, and decorated it nicely. I appreciated that they didn't give up!

While the atmosphere gave of prison chow line vibes, it was totally overshadowed by the impeccable service. I ordered a cake, and requested a very specific phrase to be written on it. The staff did it with aplomb. You can go to many places for your ice cream cake. I chose to go to this dairy Queen because it's clear that they care about the customer experience over everything else. 5/7 stars.

Ordered a standard large recess peanut butter cup blizzard. I got a large container of soft serve with specs of chocolate. Nobody in front of me before I ordered. Waited 10 minutes while I watched 4 employees running around doing other orders. I watched this one employee throw away half the blizzard and scoop out some candy and throw it in the trash. I paid $8 for some soft service melty ice cream with left over chocolate bits.
Something is off with this place.

Nice ice cream treat spot, close to the Oak Leaf bike trail. Great for a quick treat on a hot day.

They close at 9 not 9:30. Why say it's open if it's not.

I asked for a simple order. A medium chocolate ice cream dish. They gave me a small, and didn’t even fill it up all the way like Dairy Queen typically does. Dairy Queen is usually pretty generous with ice cream. Workers typically have no emotion, pretty dry with customers from my experience. I live very close to this place mind you, so I go here pretty frequently. The ice cream here is great though. And normally they don’t screw up my orders, especially when they are big but they need to find better workers who actually care a little more. The place is pretty old and small and I like it for a quick little dessert. There’s usually at least one person there who knows what they are doing. Great to get ice cream from, but watch out because they tend to screw up orders based on who is there.

My husband and I went for a treat tonight and we left absolutely horrified. We both ordered blizzards. His was nice and full with a good amount of candy mixed in, my cup was about 3/4 full with hardly any candy in it. I asked for mine to be full, like his and they just added extra ice cream. I asked it they could just remake it and the person who made mine became completely unhinged. He insulted us, berated us and was very inappropriate and condescending. He said he won’t remake it because he cares too much about the environment and remaking would be wasteful. He proceeded to say that I must have some disabilities and that at least one of my disabilities must be blindness. He insisted that he was right and we were wrong. He absolutely refused to do the right thing while the other employees stood by ignoring this. I asked for a refund and he said he doesn’t have the authority to do that. My husband asked him, again, just to do the right thing and remake it and he told us he would charge us some $7 for it. At this point we just left, but I have honestly never had such a terrible and traumatic experience. This kid said his name was Andrew and I absolutely couldn’t believe the terrible things he said and how entitled he was for such a young man. Mocking the disabled was really terrible. It crosses the line.
