You can only get a variety of hot dogs here. They do not serve burgers or chicken. Service is great, hot dog choices are great quick and simple. I'll be back. The banana shake was made fresh to order with real bananas. I went in and asked for a large chocolate brownie extreme, specifically asked for a chocolate brownie base. I payed, they made the order, and repeated it back to me as they handed me a medium blizzard that was plain vanilla ice cream. I asked them if there was a mistake or to remake it and all they told me was to get out.

Went there for something to munch on, used my card said I didn't have anything on it (which I know I did) left, looked at my balance, they still charged me for food I never got. Went back, didn't get me a refund or anything because I didn't have a receipt, yet I WAS STILL CHARGED. 2ND WORSE DQ THERE IS.

The chicken bits were microwaved and dip sauce which is ranch ranch sauce was amazing I would loved see air fryer or something better than microwave oven hat trash. So rubbery

Yesterday I went to go get ice cream cause it was hot out went inside saw someone get their money back so I put in my order and they didn’t give my money back and then an employee came out gave me something for free that’s not going to fix the fact that I didn’t my money back DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Called location to inquire whether I could pre-pay for a premade ice cream cake from the cooler, for pick-up. I explained I am in a different state, but wanted the cake for someone in MKE who had a birthday. The store personnel was a rude female, who abruptly stated thus was not the general information line, but a store line. IKR I'm inquiring to pre-pay for a cake, I thought I made that clear. She proceeds to say no same day service is available. I ask 'just to pick up a premade cake in the case?' She hangs up on me. Called back got a guy who was trying to be helpful and defuse the situation, knowing what had transpired. He was willingly stating he could fulfill my order, at which point I declined & told him I would not be comfortable having them prepare any food, I would not take the chance something was done improperly to food my family would consume. Never again. I told that guy if I lived in MKE I would come pay that female a visit today!

The ice cream is good and I like going there but the past 3 times I've gone there I've asked for an oreo brookie only for there to be oreos and nothing else and it even hardly has the cookies , it's Like most of the high school people you hire either can't read or are way too high on the job, however I will say the older ladies who work there and tend to be there earlier in the day are amazing
