We waited 25 minutes and they forgot to make our order. Barely got an apology. When the sandwich did eventually come out it was lukewarm despite being expedited. Tons of better options in this food court. We're not coming back to this shop.

The cheeseburger was pretty basic and bland, the cheese curds tasted so GREASY. Made me realize Lakefront brewery truly has the best cheese curds around.
The custard was good though! Super creamy!!

Chicken sandwich and shake was great!!! Fries meh then the cheese on them is just cheese wiz. Bacon undercooked. If they were to get a buffalo chicken sandwich with their ranch it would take this place to the next level.

Big Man on Campus, onion rings, Milly Vanilly custard, and they have the nicest employees ever. My second day eating here, and it's the last day of the RNC Convention. If your staff ever need help, tell them my name. When I'm US Senator, I will bend over backwards to get it done!

The employees at the location at 3rd Street Market were incredible. Absolutely wonderful. I had a strawberry and peanut butter shakes. As good as I have had anywhere. The whole staff was very nice to me. Kurt and the employees get an A+ from this Georgia cowboy.

I have been there three times now, and every single time they say they are “out of ice cream.” If ice cream is one of, if not your main thing, why would you not stock enough ice cream to make it through the day. My review could be better if they actually had their ice cream fully stocked. Also, it’s fun to stand in line and wait just to have an employee with no personality tell you there’s only chocolate ice cream left.“Great! We’ll take 2 chocolate shakes.”“We cant make shakes.”
