A cool place to visit with good service. We were in town for a business trip and stopped by for beers. They did have pizza to order while we were there but we opted for the fresh popped popcorn and drinks!

I’m pretty sure the guy watching the door has a gun on him, the general manager has “joked” about it. That’s not legal or safe for staff and customers alike.

Our visit to Deer Camp MKE | Camp Bar was just okay. We’re not big drinkers, and unfortunately, they didn’t have the non-alcoholic beer selection that many places seem to offer these days. We ordered two pretzels, but the cheese came in a prepackaged plastic cup, which felt like a missed opportunity to elevate their food options and show more care in their menu.

The overall vibe leaned heavily toward a binge-drinking atmosphere, likely appealing more to the college crowd. It wasn’t quite the relaxed, chill environment we were hoping for. That said, the atmosphere was festive, and they do an amazing job with holiday decorations—it’s clear they put effort into creating a lively and fun seasonal setting.

One thing I’ve always appreciated about their locations is the free popcorn—it’s a small touch that’s always nice to see and enjoy.

If you’re looking for a party bar, this spot could be a solid option. However, if you’re searching for a laid-back bar with good food options, I’d recommend exploring other places.

Can’t beat a $5 Old Fashioned in WI! Stopped in before a show at Fiserv Forum and was pleasantly surprised they were open (outside of their usual business hours) and had drink specials.

$5 Brandy old fashioned was pretty good and the interior theme is comprehensive. I thought it was a neat place

Escaping the snow on a walk back to the hotel we came across this sweet bar! We were able to warm up by the fireplace with an adult beverage. The atmosphere was fantastic. Super fun with a dart board by the back bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
