Horrible food was cold service was slow and rude never again my wife and kids love denny's just not this one just keep driving and find another one

Literally no service at all! Once seated, my party and I never got a waiter/Waitress. I sat 25 minutes even asked the lady cleaning tables and barking orders at the cashier not to open the doors for 20 minutes. I guess cleaning tables is more important than serving the customers. I think automation is needed at this location! Not fair had to go some where else To get excellent customer service down the street at Dunkin' Donuts, But they don't have your awesome pancakes

The staff and manager Deja was very professional and made me and my family experience the best experience ever at this location. The restaurant was very busy but they did their best to handle everyone even there was a lady yelling at the manager but she stayed very calm the whole time. This location has improved in management since I've been coming here she is a great person and has a great spirit your company is lucky to have her. We will be back again

I ordered (and prepaid) 2 milkshakes and waited for 25 minutes just to know that somehow they missed it. There were 5 customers and 7 staff ( excluding manager). I politely asked them to cancel the order but the manager requested me to wait another 2 minutes.

Before I could get my daughter out of the car seat two workers standing outside said to me that dine-in was closed.... this happened 10 minutes ago at 8:29pm. My husband called and the employee that answered the phone said that dine-in closed at 10pm. He went inside to speak to the manager Tabitha, wearing a white hoodie said “We are short servers I'm not about to clean up nobody's mess.†The server Jacqueline (whom also was the person that answered the phone) said there were 3 servers and began to argue with Tiffany but then sent her home and said to my husband, “idc if you call corporate or tell any managers. I said what I said, we are short cashiers and I'm not about to argue with anybody.†This kind of treatment is TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention Tiffany smelled like weed and the security guard was laughing and agreeing with Tiffany. DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS SICK!!!!!!

It's smells terrible in this location like dogs or something. The staff is always stressed out and it don't even be packed like other locations. The service here is terrible

Food arrived cold i called because my food was already 1 hr 30 min late i topd them i didnt want cold food and guess what i got cold food.were my coffee i paid for were is my juice i paid for . Eggs and sides were missing.

thanks to the hostess simone and the dishwasher named will they did an excellent job at serving EVERYONE while others stood around,played in the kitchen or the red head with personal phone calls while on the register. smh they need to hire people that will work . until they straighten up I won't be back.

It's a good place for the family and friends to come in eat ordering out kinda a long wait but other than that it's a great place.
I always went to this Denny's and every time it got worst and worst but today topped it all the manager was very unprofessional there was dirty tables the floor was nasty we had to ask to tableware and syrup my toast had butter on the top but the second bread underneath didn't have any the steak was burnt and the wait was long two other tables had complaints as well that I sat next to don't ever go here it's the worst experience ever will never return ever

My experience was good I had bourbon chicken skillet delicious. My mom didn't enjoy her meal much. The staff appeared to be tired we received a couple smiles during our visit.

I was out for a late dinner with a friend & we decided on Denny's on Capitol. The service was good! The food was hot, the facilities were clean, which I appreciated. Their Lemonade is the greatest!♡
