I should’ve been posted this review. My eldest daughter and I went to the browndeer location in Wisconsin and there were two young guys kept peeking at us from the kitchen area and the check in or out area.While , heavy conversations was going on in the kitchen. No one acknowledge us. Then the short black woman supervisor sorry don’t recall seeing her name tag, came to the front chatting with the guys and the other young woman from the back then they all walked off. No one asked us our order while we waited 15- 20 minutes. So, we got pissed and walked out. Then they must have ran out of the other door the other exit. Because they almost beat us to our car. They got in their car and looked our way as if they were going to say something until they seen my husband then they got in their car and drove off. Throw the whole crew away poor customer service. People need to start getting trained for these positions and a secret evaluation goes on through out the their 90 days of work. 🗑️ service.Was going to spend about 200.00. Had a lot of meals to get large family.

Denny's is not the same I ordered a grand slam breakfast I have one free for my birthday pancakes with soggy hash browns when done sausage one done they don't even have the Denny's containers no more all the bags this place went down and Brown deer I've been going to Denny's for years with my mom and that Denny's on Brown deer is not the same

I had a pick up order, once I finally saw someone to help me it was poor customer service and had to drive back to return food that wasn’t right, my hubby had the chicken fried chicken dinner which tasted as if it was cooked in old grease and the country sauce wasn’t thick and tasteless, I ordered the T-bone medium cooked and let’s just say it was so over cooked I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Waste of gas, time and money.
Service was mediocre, whatever. The forks were dirty, two of three orders were incorrect, all of the salt shakers were clogged as if they hadn’t been touched in weeks. I will NOT be returning to this location

it was TERRIBLE, the food wasn’t the best but it was alright. service is so bad and the atmosphere is okay. the service is very disapointing. took over 30 minutes to get our food, also, we were there for over an hour. AND we didn’t even receive a food item that we asked for.
