I'm not a huge coffee drinker or any type of hot beverage drinker for that matter, but I went with my wife and ordered the Moonwater drink from the specialty drinks menu. It was delicious. The flavor combination was out of this world, no pun intended. I would absolutely recommend visiting. The interior is very nice and has a lot of other little food and beverage joints inside as well. This will for sure be a spot to hit anytime I am downtown in the future.

Oh man, have I been waiting and waiting so patiently to try this place out since it came to Milwaukee! So excited to finally get here and was it worth the wait! Offering some pretty eclectic coffee drinks that certainly can be taken as an art form, I appreciated every sip of my "cold coffee" Bourdain with hints of apricot and honey! I also thoroughly enjoyed sipping my wife's Motorhead espresso with smoked sea salt with pork fat and caramel! Talk about amazing! We will be back here again! So, so worth it if you love great coffee!

We have followed this company around for the last 6 years. We loved them in Sister Bay and always made the best start to a day. We’ve never had coffee this good (and we roast our own). We had one more city to visit before we moved from the MidWest and we chose Milwaukee for one reason - the best coffee in the world

Ryan is the bomb, my husband and I always have the best conversations with him, and not to mention the fantastic drinks. We’ve literally driven over an hour just to get a coffee, and it’s absolutely worth it. If you want top quality drinks and bites to eat that are unique, mind-blowing, and a bit different with each sip/bite, you have to give Discourse a try. Also they’re always updating the menu with seasonal delights, so be sure to follow their social media!
