Placed a large (20 pizzas) order the previous day over the phone for the pizza to be sliced in 10 instead of 8 (which the person on the phone said was fine.) show up at 5 when the pizza was supposed to be ready, 5:15 and they are only 1/2 through making the pizzas… which were cut incorrectly. Contact customer service and the best they can offer is $20 gift certificate. That covers 2 of additional 6 pizzas we had to purchase because of their screw up. They refuse to make amends for their incompetence.

The only good thing is you may get your pizza fast since their delivery driver believes the BUS ONLY lane is his private freeway. This driver was speeding down the BUS ONLY lane from 27th street all the way to the store location on 7th st. He didn’t get there any faster than i did when traveling in the car lane. Maybe in the future they may choose to hire people who are not a danger to the college students and feel entitled enough to drive wherever and however they please.

Horrible! I called and was transferred over 2 times. I have a hole in my lung and can’t speak well. Very disrespectful. I never even got my food because they kept transferring me. At one point I heard the worker laugh and make a joke about my voice. She mocked me and I’m humiliated. Never eating this dominos again.

I order a pizza from Uber eats and it said that it will come in 20/30 minutes. It didn’t came. The delivery person call me 1 hour later (1AM) and told me he had arrived. I asked him to wait but when I tried to call him later no one answered. Finally, he put on the app that he had already delivered so I can do nothing. My friend lost 22 dollars and a diner. Don’t buy here guys!!!! ❌❌❌ 0/5 Also, they don’t answer to any call. I called like 4/5 times and it was only a bot that didn’t help me at all.

These dudes don’t pay attention to anything, they put our order up in the heater and didn’t say a WORD. Then when someone FINALLY asked us the name of the order, they lied that someone called us, when we were sitting by the front the WHOLE time. So if you order food from here, make sure you watch and question everything they do cuz none of these dorks here is gonna tell you themselves.

Placed a take-out order for a sandwich and medium pizza and entered the store 20 minutes later. I then waited 50 more minutes for my order while being told that it was almost done for 40 of them. This was all while the order tracker had said the order was complete quickly after I walked in, so I had no way of knowing how close they were to actually being done. Manager and staff weren't unkind, at least, but nothing more than a quick apology was given even though other customers were telling them they should give me something for free for how long I waited. Also, I would've appreciated having chairs available so I didn't need to just stand there for almost an hour. The pizza tasted a little bit better than Domino's in my hometown, so I'll give them that, at least.

I would rather eat glass than deal with what passes for customer service at this location. Placed an online order for delivery because it's my mom's birthday. Delivery driver arrived and called when he was out front. I met him outside and he brought the wrong order, and said our order "would make it's way to the house eventually." Tried calling the store. The number is a robot that won't transfer you to a real person. The order never showed, but it showed up as delivered on the app. I got in the car and drove to the store myself. The guy behind the counter was nice, I explained my issue and showed him my app. He offered to remake the order for me, fresh, and the manager told him not to offer things like that to people. My order had been sitting in a delivery bag, not even in the warming oven, and the pizza was gross. My order never left the store yet they had marked it as out for delivery. I've been in food service for many years myself, and this was no way to treat customers. On top of that, I saw people touch computers/non food surfaces, then touch food with their bare hands without a hand wash in-between. I have never been so disgusted by service in my life. I truly hope these people strive to do better, as they care more about themselves than their customers. I advise you pick a different location if you want Domino's, but I can assure you my family is never going back to Dominos again.
I really like this Domino’s location. Very nice staff. Very clean in the lobby. And my food always be on point!!

This Domino's location was nice. The staff were great, the food even better. Picture worthy would be how I described the pizzas I had. You have to go see for yourself, especially if you're in the downtown area.

I was given a delivery time of 21-31 minutes, then didn’t receive my pizza for an hour and a half, the store doesn’t answer the phone, and my pizza was cold and crushed when I got it. Just order pizza from a different place.
