I ALWAYS have an issue with this location. Tonight’s was the worse. I placed my order at 9:33 and it was “out for delivery” at 9:38, I knew upon seeing that on the tracker I was in for another mistake. Pizza came cold AND burnt at the same time. How is the pizza made, and out for delivery in literally 5 minutes but the crust is burnt, and pizza is cold within 10 minutes of being delivered? Old, cold, burnt, hard, dry pizza. Never again From this location.

Staff is college students who don't care and useless as a whole. Messed up simple order then proceeded to hang up on me 3 times because it was too busy for the boy (allegedly the manager)who answered to manage a whole phone call. The owner of thr store should try working there for a day and maybe see how miserable its being managed.

So... you gotta know the hack to eat here. Pizzas are horrible. Meat as a topping is very scarce. Get a pizza with veggies only as toppings, then, with the 6.99 coupon, get the specialty chicken & put it on top of the pizza. Only way to get a decent meal from this place.

I placed an online order for pickup due to the restaurant's convenient location. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. When I arrived and brought the food home, I discovered that the pasta and pizza were both severely overcooked and dried out, making them nearly inedible. The breadsticks were hard and stale.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the store to address the issue, I was hung up on twice. I had to use another phone just to get through and request the corporate contact information. When I called back from my original number and confirmed I had asked for corporate’s details, I was immediately hung up on again. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
I have children who were looking forward to this meal, only for us to end up with food that could not be consumed. It was disappointing, frustrating, and frankly unacceptable.
I will never order from or recommend this location again. With a 2.5-star rating, it’s clear that this is not an isolated incident. This establishment needs serious attention or to be shut down altogether.

I was here to buy the stuffed cheesy bread. I have got the food on time. After I have placed the order dominos staff making a pizza for other orders without wearing a gloves which is very annoying and unacceptable.

After eating pizza for over 75 years, tonight’s was the worst ever. After watching tv cheesy pizza, we just shared a piece of dry cardboard!
Unfortunately, this place is a scam. I was charged for my order, but the delivery driver (Raul) showed up, sat in his car for 5 minutes, and then drove away. The store has hung up on me every time I called them. Hopefully, I will have luck disputing the bill with my bank, or going over their heads to Domino's Corporate.

Pizza received cold. Contacted the store and spoke to the manager. Another pizza was supposed to get sent out. The pizza never arrived so I called the store again. This time i was hung up on the first time and the next time the manager John stated the remake pizza was left at my concierge but they just handed it to the concierge without an apartment number. We both sat quietly, I was just in shock and out done how unbothered this manager was. His response was, did you want me to cancel the order with an excuse they are short staffed and the last couple of weeks have been hectic. Over 3 hours later and not happy or satisfied. Maybe pick up would work out better for you.
