Trust the bad reviews. Left off part of the delivery order and called for 30 minutes straight and no one answered. Worst part was this order was for a celebration for the school.Will find a different place to put orders in next time.

This store needs a top down change in associates. I am fine with a delivery charge if it's an actual delivery. The delivery driver left the food on the floor in the lobby of the building. Their general manager claims it's a safety issue to do door delivery. His argument doesn't add up...a building with cameras and neighboring doors is much safer than going to a random house door. Unfortunately by the time you receive your order you've already paid the delivery fee and the tip. There are many choices in the cheap pizza game. Pizza Hut, Pizza Shuttle, Topper's, Ian's, Jet's...Domino's needs to step up their game if they intend to get a share of that business.

I had incredible, over-the-top customer service from Mari tonight (2-22-24) and, though the pizzas were average Domino's fare, it was enough to bring me back as a customer. I could tell that she had experience in problem solving, since she took care of me (and I'm needy, LOL). If Domino's does, indeed, use recordings from phone orders as training tools, I suggest they review the contents of my conversation with Mari. I told her to ask for a raise/promotion because she has excellent communication skills.

I ordered food for my family yesterday and somehow on my account was a different phone number than the one I updated it to.Long story short, the app said my delivery driver were pulling up and he was not there. I waited atleast ten minutes. Then I called the store atleast 8 times before anyone picked up the phone. The lady one the phone say they will remake and redeliver my food with the right phone number, but a hour later my order was cancelled. I did not receive my $25 gift card I used on the order, even though I received my debit payment for the rest of the order.I need my gift card back and also I will not order delivery from this location again because the lady on the phone hung up in my face after I asked for a discount. I tried callback to confirm my order was canceled, but no one ever answers the phone. I love dominoes pizza, but not this location.

Ordered two pizzas. We were sent the wrong pizzas, but we cannot call them because they will not answer the phone. Terrible service.
Trust the reviews. This place is AWFUL. About half of my orders go missing, and I had to call the store for a straight HOUR and nobody would pick up. Whoever is managing this place should be ashamed. If you can, order at the place on Oakland. Embarrassing and a waste of money to order from here.

I always get my order after 1 hour late, even though the delivery time is 17-29 min. when i call the store no one picks the call, if they pick then no one answer it. Never ever ordering for there. One of the worst service ever!!!!

This restaurant is a go to because it's close and convenient for me.my order was wrong a couple of times and they didn't put the toppings on right the first time sausage and pepperoni was supposed to be all over the pizza but it was half and half so fix it in the app is what he said very rudely then I get heart burn so I don't want to eat pizza all the time so I got sandwich and chicken Alfredo the sandwich had 2 pieces of cheese steak meat and burnt cheese and 1 mushroom and the onion must have been burnt because I didn't see any on the sandwich DON'T Get Domino's sandwiches your going to be disappointed ? the pizza is often bad too
