The location at 7131 W Captiol Drive is horrible only received half order when food was delivered.. Store Never Never Ever answer when you call them I cannot go up there cause I Dont drive and I am disabled this is not the first encounter with this Location

they gave my order to somebody else then had somebody bring me my order half my order was missing and they charged me $40 when i tried calling the store no one answered. this is the 3rd time in a row they done messed up my order.

Terrible service I ordered delivery for a reason. I have an autistic son and I did not want to take him out so I ordered my food. The delivery driver never called me and left my food outside on the porch downstairs. I didn’t know my food was delivered. I went to check and it was flies all over my food. I had to get my son and myself dressed to go to the store to make a complaint and to have them redo my order. This was so unprofessional I would never go to this location ever again.

My delivery driver was very rude disrespectful and very racist did not let the customer speak as she was on the phone to even resolve the issue I had with my order. People just think they are so privileged that they can't even talk to the customers.

I placed my order over the phone and waited over A hour to get my order delivered and I never received it! I called the store numerous of times and nobody answered so I had to walk all the way to the store to see why I didn’t receive my order and soon as I started explaining what happened to the manager she immediately got A attitude and started saying it was my fault that I didn’t receive my order that I already paid for! Then the manager didn’t want to give me my food she was literally arguing with me about my food. I will never order from them again they ghetto and very unprofessional.

I can't even lie....I go to domino's on 35th quite often...but tonight 9/30/24 food was excellent....customer service was excellent ? and even tho they forgot my sauce on one of my wings, everything else outweighed that....keep it up night shift???

I always ask them to park and come in the back because the front door is stuck locked in the special instructions and they have only honored that request one time in all the times I've ordered, I know the drivers read it they just ignore it.
Today I really regret giving the driver a $14 tip because my dessert was missing from the order, I called the store and waited on hold for about 5 min explained what I was missing and he said give me 10 min I'll send it out.
After 26 min no phone call no redelivery I called and someone answered the phone like but didn't say anything even after I said hello.
That was 45 min ago, no follow up call no redelivery.
