When it comes to Delivery they seem to lack priority. I live about 1/2 mile away so tell me why it takes between 45min to 75min to deliver my order. You would think they would start with the closest customer and work their way around accordingly. If they put thought into it the drivers would get a better tip the faster the customer receives their order.

Order took over 45 minutes to make when I ordered on online. Manger lady told me they was busy but everybody including her was seating around talking doing NOTHING!!!

If I could rate ZERO stars I would !! My pizza had to be made twice .. The second time I went in she said “ what’s wrong now “ I said “ it’s pineapples all over and not on one side “ she said “ oh well we not making it over pick them off “ ?! Not knowing if I’m allergic to pineapples or not . I guess because she offered a free soda after the first mess up the second mess up was supposed to be looked over !! To not cause conflict I left . But I will not be returning and will be having a conversation with the higher up ! As in the pictures it is made wrong , she repeated the order more then 3times for us to still receive the wrong thing and be forced to eat something when we spent our money that we worked for on something we did not want !
Order came 20 mins late. Delivery driver forgot 2 liter soda. Told the driver no problem I'll just get a refund for the drink. Got inside the house only to see the order is 100% wrong. Called store, no answer. Called driver, no answer. All negatives.
Pizza dough taste like ahh , smelt like weed in the building and the employees are rude and they got my order wrong.

I have ordered delivery and carryout from this location in the past. The delivery is always cold and last one delivered, multiple times. Carryout on the otherhand is always spot on and food hot and fresh and so much better than delivery. But the location is in a iffy neighborhood and the entry door isnt lit very well at all. 4 stars
