So, the app wasn't working and I called this store twice. Both times the phone rang...and rang...and rang. Until both times the phone just hung up. Awesome service...he said in the most sarcastic tone in human history.

When it comes to Delivery they seem to lack priority. I live about 1/2 mile away so tell me why it takes between 45min to 75min to deliver my order. You would think they would start with the closest customer and work their way around accordingly. If they put thought into it the drivers would get a better tip the faster the customer receives their order.
Didn't get my garlic parmesean bites ...couldn't get hold of them / wouldn't answer their phone to let them know and over payed my ordered !! Very disappointed
