Don't normally do Domino's but attracted by special of mostly unlimited toppings 9.99. Staff really working hard, but I was dismayed to see them pounding out dough and cutting pies with no plastic gloves on. The edge of my thin crust was burned and the fresh spinach would have been better under sauce as it burned too. Toppings ok. Takeout only.

Im pissed to say the least a couple of days ago i ordered from them waited forever for my pizzas to the point i called to check on my order spoke with manager darnell and he said he dont know what happened his delivery guy clocked out without taking my order so he will remake it and deliver it to me himself which he did for this i received 60 points in my account for a free medium pizza fast forward to yesterday i redeemed my free pizza i placed order around 4 p.m yesterday about thirty minutes went by i get a email saying my order was cancelled no explanation why so i called the store NO ANSWER I called from yesterday 5 p.m until today 2:30 and someone finally answered a young lady i told her what happened and she said ok let me get my manger she puts the phone down and screams darnell name and says phone i waited on hold twenty minutes before someone picked the phone up and hung it up i then called customer service who called over there to try to get someone on the phone no luck for them either so she provided me corporate number like WHERE IS MY PIZZA OR WHERE ARE MY POINTS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

I ordered a handmade Philly steak pizza they cheap out on the meet they put way too much oil this is the nasties handmade pizza I’ve had from any dominoes around. Avoid yourself a bad experience go somewhere else

The franchisee that runs this location is (apparently) Doug Baretz, who (apparently) owns the monopoly on Dominos in Milwaukee.
Doug (or someone who reports up to him) has implemented a policy that, if the order is going to an area that is predominantly minority residents (not just Black), they will not deliver your order if you don't prepay for it. Meaning, your cash isn't good and they think you're a criminal.
Strongly recommend you avoid ordering from Dominos in Milwaukee at all costs. Go to Rocky Rocco or something else where they value your business regardless.

On 2/17/2019 at 1:37pm I called in for a carryout order, because on the day before I experienced bad customer service from an employee at 5430 Lovers Ln. On feb. 17th I entered the dominos...the same girl from the day before approached me at the counter and asked me if I wanted the pizza TODAY if not let her know now!!! (WTH).?!!!!! to make a long story short I'm reporting to corporate office on MONDAY 2/18/2019 with full details/description of my experience at this DOMINO'S PIZZA location. Whenever I visit this location in the future. I will be turning away (seeing this girl) after being cursed out and disrespected by this individual. Please review your tape footage.?!!! I o my visit between the hour of 1:30pm -2:00pm. (Unless my order is messed up).
UPDATE on 9/20/24: I will no longer support this establishment on GOOD HOPE RD. My order wasn't prepared the way I requested.🤢my $$ Is important, and most def.. my food!! Ty
