The store was literally locked. I saw people inside but they wouldn't let me in. I stood outside trying to call the store for like 10 minutes, no one answered. Then when another group came they unlocked the door for them. Never coming back.

I normally order from this Dominoes 1-2 a week. I placed a $30+ order, well done pizza. This time it was very undercooked (borderline raw). I tried calling same day about it about 7 times - phone rang nonstop 5-10 min intervals - no answer.
I finally got a hold of them the following day to speak with a manager. First call I spoke with an employee who said I would need to put the complaint in with a manager. Then I waited 30 mins.
I called back and got a hold of a female manager who refused to give me her name and was very rude even answering the phone as if I was bothering her. Told her about my complaint on the food. She then started speaking with other employees while I was on call, then told me to “wait a second” then proceeded to put me on hold for another 30 mins.
I have ordered here for years but I see that with the new management in place, they are just looking to fill roles and they don’t really respect the establishment at all. Will not be ordering from this dominos on Teutonia again.

I normally order from this Domino's ,once a week , with no issues. The last two times I ordered, my pizza was extremely undercooked. Almost as if they put it on broil to partially cook the top . Under the toppings was completely raw . SMH never again. The second time I ordered I requested that my pizza be cooked well done . Well I guess the individual couldn't understand basic instructions because my pizza was indeed raw again.

Rude Mgmt, with zero problem solving skills whatsoever. Poorly run location. Unorganized, slow pickup, food cold, delivery is slow also. Taking my business elsewhere.

Run far away. My only option for delivery. Tonight the delivery man came, tried to give me the wrong order. Informed him wrong order. Left and said he’d be back. Never came back. Paid for 4 large pizzas plus tip and NEVER RECEIVED ANY PIZZA!!! Had to scramble frozen pizza from the grocery store for 15 hungry children. Never again.

I ordered two pizzas online first. After getting buzzed in after mins of standing there. I couldn’t help my stomach flipping Nobody hand on gloves and doing everything. I’m so pissed waste of time money, it’s late and not from here. He was making pizza with his bare hands!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤢
Pizzas are fantastic. Always hot, fresh ingredients, and prepared exactly the way I order it online in the app. I've only used carryout. Highly recommended.

Ordered pizza at 7:15. Pizza hasn’t arrived as of 9:13pm. General Manager is a joke. We could have flown to Italy and had pizza. Never use this Domino’s. Stay in school, kids. Don’t end up like the GM of Domino’s on Teutonia & Good Hope Road in Milwaukee, who refuses to give his name when customers call to complain. Napoleon Complex.
