If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered two hand tossed medium pizzas and received what I think was thin crust. They tasted off and did not taste right with me so I made my family stop eating asap. We all ended up getting major food poisoning that night and will never order from them again.

I visited Dominos Pizza on Teutonia Ave Today ,and had to post this review ,There was a staff member working alone by the name of Shamere,She was very Pleasant,Kind,Sufficient ,Swift ,Informative and Patient .If u want Superb Customer Service See Shamere @Dominos on Teutonia Ave She makes the Best Pizzas with Lots of Luvvv and Kindness... TWO PEOPLE!! Our company put in an order for pizza & wings, we messed up the time & delivery. I showed up to the location saw two people doing EVERYTHING & still managed to get my order fixed & done in 30min….. The customer did everything wrong while ordering & still got it correct!! Y’all are the best!

I placed an mobile order to be picked up in the store.. I arrived 20 minutes later and food wasn't ready.. I had to wait an additional 25 min and my mac and cheese was burnt and not edible.. the app doesn't make it easy to report an issue..but after I left a message, a rep texted me the next day and offered $5 ,coupon..which doesn't cover the price of my food.. I even provided a picture.. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!

I placed an online order tonight. Delivery went relatively well. I received my order in a timely manner and outside of the driver pulling my order out of the trunk of his car with no delivery bag it was fine. When I got my order i realized the driver had forgotten to give me an order of wings, he was still outside so I just walked out there to let him know but as soon as I got to the side of his vehicle he pulled off. No problem. I called the store to let them know and someone assured me he'd be pulling back around with my wings. Long story short its now been 2 hrs and I still haven't received these wings.I called the store at the 30 minute mark twice once the phone rang continuously for 6 minutes the next time the phone rang someone picked up and hung up. I'm disappointed because I've never had an issue with this store before and I tip well AND I really wanted those wings! LOL
Waited until the 4th trip to write this review best dominos in the city hands down including the one in the falls

The store was literally locked. I saw people inside but they wouldn't let me in. I stood outside trying to call the store for like 10 minutes, no one answered. Then when another group came they unlocked the door for them. Never coming back.

I normally order from this Dominoes 1-2 a week. I placed a $30+ order, well done pizza. This time it was very undercooked (borderline raw). I tried calling same day about it about 7 times - phone rang nonstop 5-10 min intervals - no answer.
I finally got a hold of them the following day to speak with a manager. First call I spoke with an employee who said I would need to put the complaint in with a manager. Then I waited 30 mins.
I called back and got a hold of a female manager who refused to give me her name and was very rude even answering the phone as if I was bothering her. Told her about my complaint on the food. She then started speaking with other employees while I was on call, then told me to “wait a second” then proceeded to put me on hold for another 30 mins.
I have ordered here for years but I see that with the new management in place, they are just looking to fill roles and they don’t really respect the establishment at all. Will not be ordering from this dominos on Teutonia again.
