Horrible Rude Customer Service Skills Gave me my Pizza boxes half way open didn’t even close them all the away I get home my pizza is drained in bbq sauce like they just slapped it on there and said call it a day it was mad so sloppy I call the store told them my concerns it was silence no apology or nothing I was rudely told bring it back for a refund after I done already came all The way home I will not be returning highly upset

The balding cashier than dyed her 3 hairs blonde is incredibly rude. She needs to be fired or placed in the back AWAY from customers. Apart from that, the way my food was cut was as if they were looking across the room while doing so, it was so bad.

Food was never delivered! Also I never received a call specifying what was going on with my order, very unexpected due to the location! This is very unprofessional & poor customer services skills. A phone call takes less that one minute to update the customer on what’s going on. I live 5 mins away, don’t waste your time!!!

I've ordered from here plenty of times and never had an issue. The delivery driver put my order on someone else's porch in the neighborhood. I had to go for a walk to find my food. To make matters worse it was someone's "back porch" who does that? They didn't call to ask me where my house was or nothing. They didn't even care. I gave specific directions to ring the doorbell, well that wasn't done. I had the door wide open waiting for my food. Following their tracker feature is the only way I knew my food had been delivered. To make matters worse I didn't even get my full order. Oh yeah and when I called the store 6 times to complain no one answered it would ring and ring, then eventually hang up on me. This place has taught me to never tip anyone again until after my full order is in my hand. Very disappointed, because Dominoes is our favorite pizza joint.

Pizza was on point . Hot & ready for pick up on arrival, no wait. The only complaint I have is when asking for napkinsthey could only offer paper towel they use by sink.. not a huge issue or deal breaker, but I thought it was odd.
