You say it is a new business but you claimed ownership of the old listing, which you can only do if you owned the previous business or if you begged Google to transfer it to you. If you claim the old listing, you get the reviews that come with it. You can't just ignore bad reviews and claim it wasn't you. This is super shady, and totally justified my 1-star review!
