I’ve never gone to this Dunkin and received ALL of my food EVER. I always have to ask for the rest of my order, and then get death glares when they have to get it for me. I had to ask 3 separate times today to get the entirety of my order, even with the receipt in hand listing all of my items. The food isn’t bad but the service sure is.

I usually come here some mornings before work, they’re close to my home, at first the service was ok, they just kept going downhill from there! Most don’t speak English and they get things wrong all while trying to overcharge hoping you can’t add well. Not to mention the horrible customer service. Went to the walk up window once and it was so dirty I turned around and left! I won’t be back🙅🏽♀️

I am a regular here and USED to really love the experience! The first crew (older hispanic male manager) was great!! They were quick, organized and even knew my order when I got to the window. Lately I've noticed a few younger women in there and its slow!! I stood at the window for like 10 min once without them even acknowledging me. They seem under staffed and unorganized. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER....I love this location as its near my house but lets keep the same standard as when you first opened.

They don’t have any lattes but yet have them on the menu. And they charge you for pup cups. Barely any bacon on their croissant sandwich Hash browns were way too soft. I wish I lived by a better one. I’ll have to start driving the extra time. They just opened you’d think they’d be good.

My husband and I go here often for breakfast on our way to work… THIS new lil white girl yesterday was terrible. The service was terrible I mean absolutely terrible and unfortunately, the nice manager that normally serves us was right there. I don’t know if she’s going to keep this rude disrespectful worker around, but if so, I would advise everyone to stay away from East Capital Dunkin. I know exactly what I ordered it. We ordered the same thing all the time. This young lady argued with me. Tried to tell me what I ordered was wrong.. I offered to come in because clearly the communication was off and I didn’t feel like going through a bad experience. She said that I couldn’t come in. It’s only a drive-through location. I said OK. Do you want me to repeat the entire order? She said no kept arguing with me that I clearly said something that I didn’t say then she says hold on her manager is right there I said may I speak with the manager she continues to argue with me. I pull around to pay for my food and get my food. This girl still don’t have the order correct so instead of her, just asking me to repeat the order or allowing me to repeat the order she was so frustrated that she didn’t know what she was doing and blamed me the customer . I’ve tried three or four different ways to save the sale as I stated we go there often so obviously I wanted my breakfast but after the terrible service, the manager standing right there we left and when I spent our money at a much better establishment nearby. I called this morning three times to make an official complaint verbally with the manager, and to confirm whether this young lady will still be employed there because if so, I was never coming back. Needless to say Duncan didn’t answer none of the three times. With the way, the economy is going soon. People won’t even have money to go get a fast food breakfast. These fast food workers should respect customers so that they can keep jobs and stay employed.

7+ bucks for some fancy drink for my daughter will never make me complain about the $23 I pay for a local neighbor to roast me fresh beans. Kids these days.
I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but every single time I go, my order is completely wrong and I feel like I’m being overcharged and they don’t understand what I’m saying so I usually just take my things and go but now I will not be back. My teen went there today and ordered 2 $6 meals, a soda and avocado toast so why was she charged $29 and some change? And then she didn’t even get the soda but an iced coffee she never asked for and the meals were completely wrong to the point she just took whatever they gave her. The last time I went, I asked for 2 $6 meals and they gave me 1 meal with another sandwich and it was almost $20. The math is not mathing. If you go, demand to see receipts. This has got be a hustle, overcharge and act like they don’t understand English smh.

Went to pick up a DoorDash order and honestly wanted to tell the person I was picking up for that she didn’t want it from this location. The store was just disgusting. Uncovered food right by the window. Buckets in the handwashing sink. Wrappers and boxes all over the floor. Man on his phone in the drive thru. I could really go on. Thankfully it wasn’t my order and now I know to not come to this location. The one on like 79th and capital is so much cleaner and the staff is polite. So maybe just take a little trip over there instead.

Came in on July 6th at 2:00 p.m. - drive-thru The young lady that was working the orders for the drive-thru was an absolute doll. She took time to go over the choices, flavors, and selections for me; the outside menu does not reflect all the available selections at this time. Customer service has been dying out since covid, and it was an absolute stellar experience at this location. Food and drinks were made perfectly. This will be my go-to location from now on.
