HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disappointed in my experience. A plastic wrapper fell in my drink while the girl was making my drink and she continued to give it to me. I asked her politely to remake it and she made a scene and threw it all over the place and genuinely scared me. Will never be going to this dunkin again

Whoever those 2 sweet people were working the early morning of Dec. 4 deserve all the praise. Best Dunkin experience I’ve had in my life at one of the busiest. They were sweet as well!

At approximately 5:02 p.m. CST, Google Maps indicated that the store’s posted closing time was 8:00 p.m. However, the employee informed me that they were closing shortly and were no longer preparing sandwiches or cold brews. This was my first visit to a Dunkin’ in some time, and the experience was disappointing.

It’s sad that they don’t offer the $6 meal deal at this location! For the coffee you have to put your own sugar and milk on it, which is weird but the food was delicious

The morning staff today was amazing, even though there was a line the cashier was very friendly and I got severed in a matter of minutes. This is a good dunkin 👍

I waited behind the cashiers “friend” while they talked for 10 minutes. Then they don’t take cash. Then the card reader doesn’t work, and finally they can’t print me a receipt. To top it all off I have to wait for a drip coffee.
When my drinks came out I was missing one and then AFTER the fact the lady told me she didn’t charge me for the missing drink because they don’t have brown sugar. Could have told me that when I ordered. Couldn’t verify this because no receipt….
What kind of coffee place can’t make a majority of their menu? WOW. I would highly recommend avoiding this place!!

They told me if I requested less ice they wouldn’t fill my drink. I’ve been to many other locations and never had a Dunkin' tell me that. While the customer ahead of me paid for and ordered a small and they gave him a medium at no additional charge. Very disappointed in this location. I refused the order and got Starbucks instead.
First they rudely told me the app they cannot accept. Ordered my bagel with cream cheese. Go back to my gate and told her the cream cheese isn’t in the bagel like all Dunkin do. And she said check in the bag. And I said it’s not in the bagel like a separate container. She got rude thinking I was lying and going back in forth in the terminal for their mistake and then thinking I was lying is not ok. They finally give me my cream cheese and it’s the tiniest little cup of it. I know Dunkin smears a whole blob of it on. I asked for another cup bc this isn’t enough even for half a bagel. And he said I have to charge you for it. Likeeee what??? I’m trying to fix YOUR mistakes and you can’t even give your customer an extra cream cheese packet? Avoid!

Was there today around 9:30ish and the employees are just rude and stand around waited 5 or more minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged me! This is by far the worst customer service I have received from an airport! When I finally ordered the food was cold and coffee was bitter and warm not hot but warm like the coffee sat in the pot for a good while!
