The staff is really friendly but please put up a sign that says no smoking in the drive thru. So many nasty selfish people ruin it for the people in line as well as probably the staff.

They always get my order wrong they charge me way more than what I order and “can’t” refund me because their manager isn’t there they have done this more than once and always get my order wrong very disappointing I love Dunkin and this is the closet location

The restaraunt is dirty but even more the manager at the front or who ever was at the cashier register I told her that I was waiting on a order and she got her phone took all of 2 minutes to ignore me and send a few text messages then she went on as of she didn't hear a thing. I then asked her why did she ignore and was texting and she told me she got a lot to do and if she don't like it to leave So im writing this review She had about 6 pink slips pending to be made and she stopped to send a text I uber so I just waisted money and time since she wanted to send a text and told me to leave because she didn't want me to confront her about ignoring me and texting fired or attitude adjustment

i had to stop coming here because the last few times my coffee was terrible. called & spoke with the manager but just never went back. the freshness of the food wasn’t fresh. i went back today thinking it would b better, they gave me a coffee that had been sitting there for awhile. i ordered my coffee ahead of time but they gave me a coffee that had been sitting there longer. then she said it had been sitting for awhile because when i ordered it ahead of time, it took me 9 mins to get there. no way a coffee gon b that melted. went back in for the coffee i ordered today & it was still gross.
I placed an order through the app, order was on time, and staff were very friendly and efficient. I am happy with the service of this branch. 100% recommend.

My whole order was wrong then whey they corrected my order they took out my hashbrowns that I payed for. Not to mention I waited at least 10 mins for my food just for it to be incorrect.
