I've been coming to this specific location religiously for about 3 years & not all the staff have been friendly. However, I absolutely adore the current manager Jeni/Jennifer, she is so kind! & most the staff they have now are friendly as well. If I have an issue with my coffee she gladly remakes it, such as today! We're all human, make mistakes or have bad days. She has great customer service! Every restaurant should have a Jeni! -Nikki, a frequent Dunkin lover ☺️

I stopped coming here for awhile. The only reason I keep coming back now is the morning manager is very nice and good at her job. It used to always be an issue, not anymore. She's a shorter Hispanic woman and hopefully the people who own this place read this because you NEED to keep her. She whipped the morning crew into shape and everything is so smooth I stopped going to Starbucks on the weekends and I come here. Employees like that are hard to come by.

Not going to lie I love me some Dunkin donut froze coffee. I like coming to this location , they are very quick and effects with their system. Even when I go in the morning rush hour, they have a rep standing outside ready to take orders. This is my fav DND location in
They are okay they forgot to give me my croissant sandwich which happens but when I came back to get it the cashier did a nasty smirk which I thought was very rude I was omw to get my daughter from school which this inconvenienced me but yes I was coming back for a $6 sandwich they just need to train their employees better Starbucks would never all in all I usually like this location if they hold the sarcasm!

These guys are always on top of their game . Friendly, respectfull,, fast. Curious. I enjoy my visit at multiple locations. These guys have excellent customer service skills. And that is why I continue to patronize Dukin dounuts.
