I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes with 8 other cars today and no one ever served any food. They took orders but no one got any food and they never opened the window. The doors were locked and people were inside, but not serving anyone. What a joke of an establishment.

they get my drink wrong every single time, even after asking for a remake. i worked at starbucks for 3 years like bro ur job is NOT hard at all. if anything its harder to mess up the drink then get it right. especially since they have machines that do literally everything for them. and heavy on the machine part because how does one manage to make my drink a whole quarter empty. they are also super slow for somehow messing up the drink everytime. the workers are dismissive and cold

Terrible. I went into this this afternoon and tbe donut display was completely empty! At first I thought maybe they were getting ready to load so e back up but the empmoyee tome me they were completely out of glaze donuts and would not be serving anymore for the rest of the day. How ob earth does a dunkin donuts run out of glaze donuts and pretty much everything else half way through the day? Im hot sure what's going on at this lo cayoj but they also close super early at 4pm now. So im jot sure if its a staffing ir product shortage issue but this location needs to get ot together. Only one person working there abd everything gone. Ridiculous.

I went at 6:15 on a Sunday morning and no one was there. I am from out of town and was just about to get on the road and wanted a coffee , juice and donuts for the kids. Wow what a disappointment and we will have to stop somewhere in the wilderness. Thanks Duncan.

I went in there they always just look at me then I tried using a free coffee thing and the scanner was broke but they had two so they used the other one today I walk in the scanner still broke and they had another one but didn't want to use it they weird as heck dont come
the coffee itself tastes burnt and like there’s cigarette butts in it or something, it tastes so foul. i asked them to make me a different drink because i thought it was just the one, but the other one was just as bad. at this point i just left. the staff was super rude and seemed annoyed when i asked for a new drink. charged me $1 more for my usual drink than i ever pay at my usual location

I wanted to try this “NEW” DDs and i had a very bad experience. I ordered, iced dunkalatte and they put too much milk in it or whatever it was to make it taste very bad. hot caramel macchiato was ok. everything bagel egg n cheese was burnt and egg smelled bad. and hash browns were burnt as well. Thats why i go to the one on Wisconsin ave. They do a really good job. No one matched there quality! Please work on your Quality control before its too late.
