The donuts were NOT fresh. Hard and dry, ended up throwing the box away.

This is literally the worst Dunkin ever . My coffee was horrible . They burnt my bacon and my sandwich . The only thing that was kinda okay was my donuts

Great place to study, pick up breakfast and food, food is good great products, great service, and great atmosphere great community. Very proffesional and nice people nothing bad to say about anyone.

Sorry that my review may be a bit long. I normally try and post only positive reviews so I'd like for readers to understand why I'm posting a negative review.
I'm an Uber driver and went to pick up an order for my customer. The workers were obviously busy and I messaged my customer to let her know. I waited my turn and told them my customer's name. There were two women and one man working there today (10/4/24), the taller of the women was the one who spoke to me. She informed me that they didn't have any more vanilla to put in my customers drink. She asked me to communicate that to the customer and ask if they would like anything different. This sort of thing happens, no big deal, I've worked in customer service before and understand. So I let them know that I'll message my customer.
Literal seconds after I'm done sending it, the taller woman asks if they've responded yet. Confused, I told her no, I'd just finished sending it and I'm waiting now. She went on to start completing other people's orders. No worries, I went to sit down and wait for my customer to message me.
Less than 5 minutes after that talk with the taller woman, she calls out and asks if I've heard back from my customer yet. I say no, not yet and she says, "I'll make the order." Again, no problem, as there are also food items in the order and it looked as if those weren't on the counter yet. Finally my customer messages me back (again this is probably within a 5-minute span) and says that it's all right, she doesn't need an extra flavor shot.
Now that I had my answer I approached the counter to tell the taller woman that my customer says not to worry about adding anything, she'll take the drink as is. This is where I get more than a bit confused because the tall woman explains to me that she had already made the drink...with an almond shot. Without asking me or running it past my customer. I asked her, "Why did you make it with an extra flavor shot when I hadn't had an answer yet?" and she responds: "It was a hot drink and we are very busy, so I made it with an almond shot. Can you ask your customer if that's okay?"
Several questions are running through my mind: Why would she complete a drink that she doesn't know a customer wants? Maybe my customer would only have wanted it the way she'd ordered it and would have declined a drink all together. Maybe my client is ALLERGIC to almonds and neither me or the barista know this. If she was worried about finishing other orders, which again I understand they seemed very busy, why would she still complete a drink and say it was because they were busy? I understand that she may have wasted a cup of coffee waiting for my customer's response, but adding a flavor shot that wasn't requested is almost a sure fire way to waste a cup of coffee. So what would be the difference? Plus, if you're worried about the temperature, why would you do something that would require more waiting to get an answer while the drink gets colder?
I'm standing there trying to process what's being told to me and she asks again, "Can you just ask your customer if that's okay?" I say, "Could you please just remake it regular?" and she says "Please ask your customer first." So now it feels like she is not only wasting my time, because I had this order and another order that I was meant to pick up, she wants me to contact my customer again and waste her time, and the tall woman is wasting her own time on this back and forth when she and her coworkers are busy. None of that makes sense to me. Luckily my customer was very nice and said that she would just give the drink a try. I asked if she wanted me to have them just remake it for her and she said "It sounds as if it would be a task and a half to just get a simple version of my drink.&

This particular Dunkin could not be bothered less if your order is incorrect. Every single time I’ve ordered delivery from here it’s anybody’s guess as to what donuts I’ll get. I feel like I could hostile takeover this Dunkin with zero experience running a restaurant and do it better. It’s Dunkin, just make more strawberry frosted and Boston Creme and stop shooting yourself in the foot for god sakes!!!

I ordered something this morning. The donuts were stale, The sandwich was burnt. The hashbrowns were burnt. I ordered a certain type of doughnut. She gave me whatever she had. Those were stale also, will never go back here ever again.

Every time I've stopped by there's only one worker, so if there's multiple people ordering it can take a bit of extra time to get yours. Be sure to expect a little extra wait time if you're stopping by during a busy time. The coffee is good, but a little inconsistent with the taste. However, I still think it's a good place to get coffee.

I was in your store on 5/9/24 and your employee Raj made my iced coffee to perfection he's a very hard worker and always gets my coffee correct and made it great I would give him a great review and give him something for being recognized for his very great service thanks again
