Every time I place an order, it seems to come out completely wrong. Today, I ordered six glazed donuts and received only one glazed along with several other flavors I would never choose. I’m very disappointed and quite frustrated with this recurring issue.

Very Disrespectful...Assumed I was of homeless origin.Serve me a cold Dunkin Wrap...gave me a hard time after only exiting there store 5 min ago! These franchised entities that have over priced items terrible service need to be careful lky watch! Be mindful of all these things seriously. I wouldn't eat here again

Cannot believe this man is working, much less with people. I walked in and was trying to use my app to redeem an offer of a $3 refresher beverage. he was annoyed, impatient, and very rude. shockingly rude. I was nice, trying to make jokes, smile, and then his refusal to help me got me irate. he wouldn't listen when I showed him my phone. I couldn't get the barcode to come up so I couldn't get the item. Its summer, hot, and I really needed hydration. I was thirsty and he was visibly annoyed at my standing at counter. my frustration grew at the app and at his inaction. worse, after standing at the counter for 15 minutes I gave up because absolutely just did not want to be there or help me. he kept doing little wipes and cleaning to show me i wasn't welcome. I wasted 15 min of my life and left empty-handed.

Highly advise getting Dunkin up the street. I’ve ordered here a few times either to give them a try or because I accidentally chose as the location since it’s so close to the other one, and it’s a constant let down every single time. Iced coffee is NEVER right. Today I got my order warm w no ice. As nicely as I can say it, this location needs to be shut down. Over the course of 3 years, the coffee has not got any better at this location. You can see my cup of coffee has no ice and it hardly tastes like butter pecan. It’s like they dumped regular coffee over ice and put a little cream in it and called it a day. Def not my usual order.

I used my app to get an XL coffee. Almost $4 for coffee. Asked for an ice water to go with it. They said they charge for the cup. I said “10 cents?” They charge a dollar! Omg. Unbelievable.

Food is great. Drinks are served quickly. Non-donut food items take a long time though, so youre better off just getting donuts and coffee

This place is terrible. Not one person speaks English, so when you have a question about what's in a new drink or they get yours wrong and you need them to fix it, you can't even communicate with them. They just keep getting it wrong. They just smile and nod, acting like they understand you when they don't. They are advertising a new drink (Sabrina) currently and can't even confirm whether or not they have it, much less what is in it. The donuts are always stale. The only reason this place is even open still is because of the location. Get staff members who can communicate with your customers.

Absolutely horrible every time I come to this location the service/coffee is horrible. I ordered a hot coffee. It was cold. This time. The last time I was here I ordered an iced coffee and it was terrible. They tried taking a regular coffee and just pouring ice on it. I will never be back here again.
