Your normal standard Dunkin. Got my coffee and my sandwich in a timely fashion and tasted good. No problems and it's easily located in the chase building on the ground level. Clean store.

This Dunkin Donuts says it opens at 6am. I went there last week and they were open at 6, been there twice this week and they weren't open either time. I waited until 6:15 still nothing. Definitely a management problem when the hours are inconsistent and people don't show up for work on time.

Usually parking is not ideal. The bacon sand which had one piece of bacon ripped in three pieces and the hash browns are either under or over cooked no in between.

I ordered two of the same drink but one with oat milk, I asked which one had milk and they weren’t sure so they said a random one of the two drinks. I can not drink regular milk so I get oat milk.
Went here last year and waited 30 min. This year it was deserted because they only have coffee and donuts. These guys stink

Ordered 2 dozen jelly donuts and coffee for my coworkers on Fat Tuesday. Took over an hour to deliver after the Grubhub driver said she had to go back because they forgot the donuts. She also said they could find the order when she was telling them what was wrong. I opened the boxes to find they only gave me 1 jelly and the rest assorted. Also the coffee had leaked all over and was covered in deliver stickers tot hid the fact that the cardboard coffee dispenser was soggy and falling apart.

Literally ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time ever....over half my order was donuts…..like $40 total was spent….so naturally they forgot to include ALLLLL the donuts but remembered the coffee and sandwich..so. That’s cool! :))) yay!
