I have to agree with other commenters about the talking amongst one another and making whatever they desire to make and not actually making what you’re paying for. I haven’t been back to this location because they handed me some kind of drink it wasn’t what I ordered I went back inside for a refund and was told no refund lol and they don’t know why . The ladies have nasty attitudes like they know u personally or something . Almost make me scared to think of the process and handling of edible and drinkable items . I started buying my own coffee and things to make at home and honestly couldn’t have been more pleased ! So if you’re reading this and you’ve had a problem recently, this is your sign to go and grab all the ingredients to make your own At Home cold brews, iced coffees, hot coffees whatever it is you want just go buy the items it’ll save you a lot of money as well. I’ve seen a big difference in my money since I’ve stopped going and I can say I’m thankful for that so thank you for screwing up adios ✌🏼😘

The customer service and attention to detail is abhorrent at this location. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew and instead got the latte version. It’s very clear which version I ordered and is visible on the label on the cup, but because the workers seem to be too busy talking to each other and having an attitude they seemed to miss that. Any other time it wouldn’t have been an issue since I drink lattes too but this one was made with cows milk which I cannot drink in large quantities and is hence why I opted for the cold brew instead. If it’s not this then the workers are making your order extremely slow with no sense of urgency. I worked in the food industry for years so I get it, but please train your employees to focus more on the job and on customers than on each other.

P.S: if someone orders a mobile order with a donut, please don’t wait until the person comes in to pick up their order to grab the donut! The purpose of a mobile order is so that everything is ready to go when the customer arrives and they don’t have to wait. Also consider getting a rack for people to grab their orders and if not, please make more of an effort to acknowledge people who are standing around waiting for their mobile order to be ready. The one star is solely because the donuts are the most consistent and always fresh first thing in the morning.

This is the Second time in one week I've been disappointed and felt cheated by Dunkin Donuts both stores downtown! Don't worry I will leave a review for East Wisconsin as well! I asked for a Oat milk Carmel Latte ( on the menu) skinny, was told I would be given vanilla instead? When drink came it was mostly Oat milk with a hint of coffee and a hint vanilla and cool mind you I ordered it hot! Wait for it... The cup was less than 3/4 full🤔😔 after east Wisconsin location and now 7th and Wisconsin I bought my own cafe set why waist money on Dunkin they lazy and rude!

If I could give it a 0 star I would, I came and and got half dozen of donuts& they were STALE and OLD very stuff and the taste was horrible. I called and ask for a refund or a fresh batch of donuts and they told me to call back in 5 min I called and they told me the donuts weren’t stale they don’t sale old donuts. I’ve been eating dunking since I was a kid and I have NEVER ran into a stale donuts. Anywho I came back with the same donuts and squeezed them for her to see how stiff it was& she said she’ll give me more. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that because I’m not sure if they’ll be fresh. I was scared and asked could she make me a drink instead since it was cheaper and that’s the only thing I got from there that was GOOD. She said NO! It made no sense at all. Moral of the store she gave me new donuts and I gave them away. You rectify things not tell the customer they are wrong!

Sure, they're open late, & the staff are friendly, but if they forget to put creme in your donuts, & you don't realize until you get home, then who cares 🤷‍♂️

The food quality is amazing. I had egg n cheese sandwich. Their caramel macchiato was on point.
My husband had iced dunkalatte, and he was also satisfied with his order.

Their service was also great. They are very welcoming, and their atmosphere is very cozy. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I LOVE going here but i remember it being open until like 12 am, PLEASE MAKE IT CLOSE AT 12 AM AGAIN BRO

They need to fix their front door which doesn’t open properly! It slammed on my wrist now I’m in pain while drinking my cold brew
