I will rarely write a bad review, because you can have a bad experience anywhere for a number of reasons, but this store is pathetic and is the same every time. The service is painfully slow and the staff is horribly unfriendly. And they weren't even busy!

Honestly, just stick to buying drinks bc they burn all the breads. The last 3 times I bought croissant sandwiches from them (including today) I've had to email corporate with complaints and attach pictures, NO REFUNDS were given though, smh.

Not as many choices like before the pandemic. Tried using rewards, but I didn't have something for them to scan. I thought I just needed my phone number.
The food is usually what I ordered but it's a bit of a lottery.
The workers are pretty calm most of the time. Someone freaked out on me once, but they were busy so I understand.
It's been drive through only the entire time I've lived here. I know there's a lobby but it's closed so I only know the drive thru. Half of the digital board for drive through is dead. The speaker cuts out & doesn't seem to transmit what I say well. So I often have to shout & so do the workers.

Went there to get bagels and wanted them toasted with cream cheese hot home they we as hard as rocks and very thin layer of cream cheese trying to call them and it disconnected right away with never go there

Seems the Caramel Craze is the hardest drink to make. First, they handed it to me in the wrong cup until I said it needed to be in the other one. Then they only add whipped cream and don't put the cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle that they are supposed to add. When you pay $6 for a drink, it should be made correctly.
