This was the 2nd time they messed up my order but my only complaint is that when you call the store they don’t answer I called 6six times and no answer but otherwise we go there like 4times a week I just wish they would answer to fix the problem but

What the heck? I got here at 3:50pm on a Tuesday and a guy yelled at me that they were closed. I guess they close at 4pm but technically they were NOT closed and he didn’t have to be rude.

these people here are SOO rude. there was NO ONE at the front and i was YELLING for someone to come. and this guy was serving me for my order, AND WAS SO RUDE. he was actually getting so mad at me saying things like, “MA’AM DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO WAIT”. I was just saying my full order. ALSO, these people were indian workers, and they started speaking in hindi, making jokes with each other and taking so long. my food was also not the same as any other Dunkin’ Donuts. the coffee did NOT taste good, and i usually always order the same thing. this is my second time here and I honestly never have a good time here. The workers are honestly so rude and my food never taste as good as usual. please spare your time and just don’t come here.

We went through the drive thru in the morning. After we paid and didn’t receive one of the coffees we ordered, the staff were rude and said we didn’t pay for it. I payed again and drove off. The coffee was terrible and food wasn’t very good. Never again!

Don't eat here. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel from here several days ago. It's been the last thing I ate since then. I've been dealing with severe issues and haven't been able to digest food properly. Not sure what the Indian lady put on my sandwich or how she prepared it but it made me extremely sick. I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE.
I went to this location twice and both time I have received burnt food. At this point I will just stick to the donuts because that was the only good none burnt item

I will rarely write a bad review, because you can have a bad experience anywhere for a number of reasons, but this store is pathetic and is the same every time. The service is painfully slow and the staff is horribly unfriendly. And they weren't even busy!

Honestly, just stick to buying drinks bc they burn all the breads. The last 3 times I bought croissant sandwiches from them (including today) I've had to email corporate with complaints and attach pictures, NO REFUNDS were given though, smh.
