Went there to get bagels and wanted them toasted with cream cheese hot home they we as hard as rocks and very thin layer of cream cheese trying to call them and it disconnected right away with never go there

Seems the Caramel Craze is the hardest drink to make. First, they handed it to me in the wrong cup until I said it needed to be in the other one. Then they only add whipped cream and don't put the cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle that they are supposed to add. When you pay $6 for a drink, it should be made correctly.

The crew that was working this morning were all so kind and wonderful and kicked my birthday off to such a great start. I left so happy, literally smiling from ear to ear! They all deserve everything their sweet angel hearts desire. 10/10 highly recommend!

It's a bit hard to get in and out of this parking lot. Only one driveway the road has many potholes and the lot itself is baracaded with parking blocks so be careful. The drive thru is a single lane, so be sure to order correctly and not be in a rush, or you'll be stuck if anything goes wrong.
Dunkin is always great for the coffee and their donuts aren't bad either. There are a few places in town that have more burnt tasting coffee, Dunkin' coffee is much better and the service has always been good when I go. If I had one complaint it would be that it's a smaller footprint parking lot which sometimes can get filled pretty quickly in the morning, but they always seem to work through the line pretty fast. If I want coffee in the morning & I don't make it at home Dunkin' is where I'm going. I make coffee at home with their coffee beans too....they sell the bags for you to use in your own coffeemaker.

Needed a recharge on a trip. This was handy, right by the highway. However, hard to get in and out of to go, lessee, west? Whatever. To turn right and get on the highway to the right, not bad.Got the new salted caramel cold brew. Refreshing. Pretty big. Also got a chorizo wrap thing. On first glance, hard to guess it was food. Squarish, strange machined pattern on the tortilla. Decent though- sausagy and cheesy. Not as messy as I'd feared for being road food. Sustenance till next stop.Decent service and prices.

Always out of stock for a lot of if not most of their donuts. Mobile app doesn’t indicate out of stock items so it’s a lottery when you get to the window if you’ll have to substitute one or all of your order no matter the day of the week.Service is normally great, friendly staff but whoever orders stock isn’t doing their job correctly.

$4.50 for an caramel iced coffee with oat milk and sugar but they have trouble making it right, either the caramel and sugar is not there or there’s so little it doesn’t make a difference.I wanted to like this place as it’s on my way to work but I think they’ve had enough chances.
