The employee was rude that was taking my order. She was rushing me to complete my order and had a bad attitude. Then the person who made my strawberry dragon fruit refresher gave me less of my drink because I wanted no ice. Like what kind of service is this?

Got a butter cookie blended and 1 on ice. My Large cup wasn't even full and why doesn't my cup have them cookies or whatever they are on top of mine??? Crazy, just cause i blend it shouldn't be different the toppings should be the same.

Service was not the best, no acknowledgement when I walked up to the register, and no acknowledgement when the order was done, flys and wasps in the donut case and flying around the kitchen area. Hot chocolate and coffee were out quickly however and the dining area was pretty clean

If I could give 0 starts I would. I never come to this Dunkin anymore because when I do it’s wrong. Went this morning because it’s on the way to work, and they made it wrong. I told the lady in the window and she instantly got an attitude. Watched them make it more than half the cup was filled with oat milk, crap Ton of Carmel in the bottom and on top of that they put a little tiny shot of espresso when I wanted an ice coffee… not that hard… do better. Never coming back again as long as that same staff is there
I always make sure to tip because not once have I ever had a mean worker there . They have been all so friendly and we were there a lot when we were flipping our house!

We were In such a rush, decided on doing the drive thru. Ordered two coffee drinks and donuts. Very surprised how quick everything came. Correct and donuts were nice and soft. The woman at the window was very nice.

Still had the nerve to ask the other employee who was laughing because she made it wrong to see if they can replace it. Better customer service

They had everything cleared out and put away an hour early and didn’t make eye contact with me. Acted as if I was an inconvenience for being there. Minding you they didn’t close for an entire hour.
