Terrible customer service, rude employees . Food always so nasty and cold and old . Need to hire all new people . Go thru drive thru . Ignore you . All Messing around in the store . Get shoved with whereās your payment . Order a drink and the drinks are watered down . Nobody is ever at this location because of these reasons . You look at half the reviews coming in for the past month . Shows you exactly why nobody comes here . Didnāt tell me why my order was over charged . Please talk to your employees about self respect and respect to customers before corporate starts getting calls about this location.

I ordered a chocolate donut and when I got it the frosting was literally dripping off of it. My kid wouldn't even eat it because it tasted so bad. I've never had a bad donut untill today. I would never go back to this place.

The worst customer experience ever , they have a room full of young ladies working and non of them know what they are doing. They are not only incompetent they are also rude. I have given them 4 chances They often mess up orders , they donāt actually come to counter instead they stand around and talk and look at there phone and ignore customers. The latest was we tried to get a coffee with a half pump of syrup, they said āwe canāt ring this up there is no button for thisā. I said can you simply charge us for a full pump and make it with half , she said āno we donāt do half pumps hereā. At this point I turned to my girlfriend and said can we leave because these people are idiots and she agreed. When then drove off. This was the 4th time with something like this. I will NEVER return. I drops 4 mins away to 76th Dunkin ordered the exact same thing, the guy was super nice and took care of it and didnāt even question anything. I highly recommend going to the Dukin on S 76th instead. Avoid the location on 108th at all cost. They should fire there whole staff and rehire and train new people. STAY CLEAR!! I am telling everyone I know so they donāt have same issues. In the past they have given the wrong food, another they had me pull fwd and forgot about me after 15 min, another kept my credit , another they was rude and told me speak louder and then when I did they yelled at and told me not be so loud. This place is a joke and there employees suck! Also there was not a single man working, not this matters but itās also clear they just not provide equal opportunities for men as well as they are all women between 18 and 29 .

I ordered a coco mocha and the topping had bread crumbs on top. I said thatās not my drink the male Hispanic or middle eastern said oh. Took my drink and scooped off the whipped cream and gave it to a female to redo the topping then still wasnāt right no chocolate syrup gave it back a second time. Terrible. Now into my āgrilled cheese ā sandwiches. I ordered a grill cheese it literally was 2 pieces of bread with cheese. Not grilled nor toasted. This is the second store in two days that slapped a cheese sandwich without without toasting or grill the āgrill cheeseā sandwiches. Train your people correctly.

Employee at counter was on a personal phone call and never acknowledged me. Other cashier took my order for 6 donuts that cost me $9 and 100% guaranteed they were not made recently. No sugar coating on the jelly filled and the old fashion cake donuts were so dry they fell apart. Selection was minimal.
Out of coldbrew. Substituted iced coffee. Not as good At least I got two doughnuts (not flavors I like)

So refreshing to go to a dunkin where the drink tastes the same everytime I go. I live in Florida and the Dunkins are horrendous. They taste different each time.
I've gone to this dunkin everyday during my vacation and they have been so fast and on point. Keep it up!
