We went here on May 30 at 7:42 am. Service was amazing! The guy taking our order was so kind and respectful! His positive vibes rocked! The food and drinks were delicious.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I never come to this Dunkin anymore because when I do it’s wrong. Went this morning because it’s on the way to work, and they made it wrong. I told the lady in the window and she instantly got an attitude. Watched them make it more than half the cup was filled with oat milk, crap Ton of Carmel in the bottom and on top of that they put a little tiny shot of espresso when I wanted an ice coffee… not that hard… do better. Never coming back again as long as that same staff is there

We were In such a rush, decided on doing the drive thru. Ordered two coffee drinks and donuts. Very surprised how quick everything came. Correct and donuts were nice and soft. The woman at the window was very nice.

Came to the get a latte. Really need to train staff they got my order wrong. After telling them they were very rude and laughed at the fact they got it wrong. Still had the nerve to ask the other employee who was laughing because she made it wrong to see if they can replace it. Better customer service

They had everything cleared out and put away an hour early and didn’t make eye contact with me. Acted as if I was an inconvenience for being there. Minding you they didn’t close for an entire hour.

Terrible customer service, rude employees . Food always so nasty and cold and old . Need to hire all new people . Go thru drive thru . Ignore you . All Messing around in the store . Get shoved with where’s your payment . Order a drink and the drinks are watered down . Nobody is ever at this location because of these reasons . You look at half the reviews coming in for the past month . Shows you exactly why nobody comes here . Didn’t tell me why my order was over charged . Please talk to your employees about self respect and respect to customers before corporate starts getting calls about this location.

I ordered a chocolate donut and when I got it the frosting was literally dripping off of it. My kid wouldn't even eat it because it tasted so bad. I've never had a bad donut untill today. I would never go back to this place.

The worst customer experience ever , they have a room full of young ladies working and non of them know what they are doing. They are not only incompetent they are also rude. I have given them 4 chances They often mess up orders , they don’t actually come to counter instead they stand around and talk and look at there phone and ignore customers. The latest was we tried to get a coffee with a half pump of syrup, they said “we can’t ring this up there is no button for this”. I said can you simply charge us for a full pump and make it with half , she said “no we don’t do half pumps here”. At this point I turned to my girlfriend and said can we leave because these people are idiots and she agreed. When then drove off. This was the 4th time with something like this. I will NEVER return. I drops 4 mins away to 76th Dunkin ordered the exact same thing, the guy was super nice and took care of it and didn’t even question anything. I highly recommend going to the Dukin on S 76th instead. Avoid the location on 108th at all cost. They should fire there whole staff and rehire and train new people. STAY CLEAR!! I am telling everyone I know so they don’t have same issues. In the past they have given the wrong food, another they had me pull fwd and forgot about me after 15 min, another kept my credit , another they was rude and told me speak louder and then when I did they yelled at and told me not be so loud. This place is a joke and there employees suck! Also there was not a single man working, not this matters but it’s also clear they just not provide equal opportunities for men as well as they are all women between 18 and 29 .
