Poor service. I ordered a caramel machiatto and got a regular coffee. And I found out after I came back to my work and do not hae time to go back to get it fixed because they wasted my whole lunch break.

This has been my go to Dunkin for a while now and honestly The workers are honestly amazing, they are very welcoming and very friendly they are also very hardworking. The place is always neat. They treat all their customers with kindness. It’s the best Dunkin I’ve ever been too and I’ll always go there!!!! They’re simply the best!!!!!!!

Purchased the arctic cherry energy drink. The drink was very tasty and had me up at midnight washing kitchen walls using the wall cleaning device from Temu. Man listen!! It was a time had buy all.

This Dunkin is extremely quick and great service. Even with 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru I was still there for less than 5 minutes. The workers are always friendly and polite as well.

This was initally a 3 star review, but after today, its now a 1. So they mess up/give lack luster food consistently. Sometimes the manager helps out and does things right but otherwise count on something being messed up. Also its national donut day. Came to this location for the drink and donut deal , they closed a entire 12 mins early. Just sat out here and bonded with some other patrons who are leaving due to them closing early.

The main reason I go to DD is for the hot chocolate This one apparently makes it with water. I prefer milk. I told them this and it was still made with water.
Now, maybe I am deceiving myself and ALL dd make their hot chocolates with water, but this one was off. They brew it by machine and it just wasn't good. I don't know if it needs to be cleaned or they are having an off day but I won't be back to this one
