We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and when I saw the Italian gnocchi special with pesto and bolognese sauces, I couldn’t resist so we drove up from Kenosha for carry out. It was still hot when we got home and so worth it!
We had: Italian Gnocchi, Truffle Lumache, Meatballs sub bal sub, Mac & Cheese and buttered noodles. The whole family LOVED their meals! We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

Traveling through Milwaukee from Chicago en route to Appleton, we stumbled upon this place in search of handmade pasta we could pick up as part of a belated Christmas gift. Truly, what a find. Their handmade pastas are made and cut on site and cooked fresh to order, with some sold retail for an incredible price. The staff were super friendly and helpful with great suggestions for both ordering and cooking at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality, simple, fresh food at a great value. We’ll be back 😎

I’m not sure why all the hype. We checked this out because we heard the chef was popular. The food was just ok. Nothing special. Service was awful. You order at the front then come and pick it up when they shout at you. Not again

I like this place! I am so glad I finally tried Egg & Flour! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is bc they don't give you a piece of garlic bread with your pasta; you pay for it separately. My order was to go & by the time I got home it was still hot☺️ The dish I had was really good. There was a freshness about the sauces I loved. If you have not had homemade pasta before, it's a must try! The meal was easily digestible, such a plus!!!! The spices are on the light side but it wasn't a deterent from the enjoyment of my meal💗 I will be back to try their Mac and cheese(they even have specials on different days & Lobster Mac and Cheese is one of them).

0 urgency with staff. Not horrible just blah. Food was below average. Think a level below Noodles&Co at a higher price. Order at counter, I tipped 20% assuming some kind of service. None. No one checked on us while at the bar. Never came to take the trays we stacked ourselves. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not good. $84 for my wife and I. Expected better.

Chef Adam was super cool, he was/even shared cooking tips with my son-in-law. He and sous chef Alex treated us to many dishes that were delicious - just the right amount of spices and sauces. He knows how to put flavors together! We can't wait for our next trip to Bay View and have some more of Adam and his staff’s amazing food!! I will highly recommend!!!
Chef Adam is absolutely amazing! He said he would make my aunt's birthday amazing and he EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! It was a night to remember for my family...the food is EPIC! Comforting, delicious, and even the leftovers are mouth watering!
Try it. Fresh noodles, great flavors, causal dining that actually tastes amazing. Have tried 6 different dishes and have visited 3x. Kids love it and would come here everyday if they could. I am Always impressed with how much they care about making a great dish. They even cook the noodles al dente for my son. Yum! Give it a try!

I am a repeat customer and enjoy the pasta along with other things on the menu. The people are friendly and welcoming. Which is why I choose to go back.
One annoying thing is that they don’t answer the phone so you can really only dine in or wait. Not a problem to wait for quality food, if you have time, but sucks when you’re in a rush. I wanted to get food for our staff lunch but wasn’t able to get ahold of someone and had to go somewhere else. :(

Omg this place so delicious My first time was November 21, 2025 and let me tell you this will not be my last time. The Caesar salad was Amazing ( the best I ever had) The pasta was so good. Next I hope I can mix sauce (I like my sauce with noodles not noodles and sauce) lol but I would return 10/10 taste quantity of food

9/10 cleanliness
