I come to this store often. Yesterday I came in and the cashier told me she was the new General manager. She was very nice and polite.

waited around for about ten minutes and decided not to order considering the workers didn't know what orders they were making, and didn't seem to be actually really working on all that much of anything. like 7 people waiting around inside for orders and nobody seemed to be working very hard if at all on their food... going to cousins nextdoor.

I feel so bad for the manager or shift lead the way they talked back or simply just not replying at all to her and took 10min to get just a coffee, I get it yall are busy bussin out bagels but you have to still take in shop orders, I’ve been working since 15 if I woulda talk to a boss that way I woulda lost my job that day!

I recently visited your location to purchase bagels, but unfortunately I was treated rudely and service was refused. This was very disappointing, as I had hoped for a positive experience.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so you’re aware of how customers are being treated. I hope steps can be taken to improve service in the future.

Einstein what happened!! I honestly think they need to replace their toaster machine. This is my second time, and a complete waste. Asked the employee to run the bagels through the toaster twice and they’re barely toasted. If you go to pick n save and purchase a 6 pack and toast them they taste better. I use to love Einstein and try to support, but at this pace it makes sense if business is going down.

This Einstein Bagels location is an absolute joke. One of the employees was incredibly rude and literally refused to let customers come inside the building. No explanation, no courtesy, just pure attitude. It’s pathetic that a place that sells bagels can’t even figure out the basics of customer service.
If you’re looking to spend money somewhere you’re treated like a human being, don’t bother coming here. The staff clearly doesn’t care about customers and would rather push people away than do their jobs. I’ll never waste my time or money here again, and I’d strongly suggest others avoid this place too.

There was a threatening worker of color there that did not let me in at 11am because they decided “we are short staffed and don’t want anymore customers”. Excuse me you don’t want my money or my business??? He was very rude and threatening. It makes sense why this is the lowest rated Einstein around. You couldn’t pay me to come back. This place is a disgrace to sir Einstein the first.
I got the octoberfest bagel. They ran out of the pretzel bagel, so had it on sesame seed. It still tasted great.

We ordered 2 sandwiches online & after 45 MIN! They still weren’t ready and we were told that it’ll be another THIRTY minutes! This isn’t the first time they took forever for simple breakfast sandwiches… but this time was the last time.

Bagel sandwiches were good but the sausage and egg was cold. I was expecting a nice hot breakfast sandwich and was disappointed. The cold brew was just ok. Customer service was terrible and service was slow.
