Absolutely love this place! Every time I come here, the experience is top-tier, and Lamar and Ken truly make it special. I ordered three iced coffees and two bagels, and everything was made perfectly and quickly, even with how busy it was.
The iced coffees were so good—smooth, flavorful, and refreshing, not watered down at all. You can tell care goes into how they’re made. The bagels were fresh, warm, and exactly what you want with a good cup of coffee. Simple, satisfying, and done right.
What really stands out though is the customer service. Lamar and Ken are both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely care about the customers and it shows in how they interact and how they run the place. They made me feel appreciated and taken care of, not rushed or overlooked.

The young lady at the register was name raven she was very helpful and polite and the tall guy his name was Ken he was helpful as well as a tall guy with hair he made my sandwich perfect not to mention the manager her name is jenni she is such a sweetheart and nice I will be back for sure and they had my food done in no time‼️

The customer service here is worth NEVER coming back. I didn’t even make it to the register before I was rudely cut off by another customer behind me and they were waited on first although I was clearly there first. I turned around and left. I will spend my money and leave my tip somewhere else.

I got a Maplehouse today it was surprisingly good and affordable. Mind this is my first time coming here, I was dealt with right away and the cashier even helped me out on picking my breakfast. I kind of remembered it was a woman that helped me out and I was really lost on what I should get. I'm thankful that she saw that I was having a hard time and described the sandwich that did catch my attention. I think I'll come by again and try something new and sit down for a little while.

waited around for about ten minutes and decided not to order considering the workers didn't know what orders they were making, and didn't seem to be actually really working on all that much of anything. like 7 people waiting around inside for orders and nobody seemed to be working very hard if at all on their food... going to cousins nextdoor.
I feel so bad for the manager or shift lead the way they talked back or simply just not replying at all to her and took 10min to get just a coffee, I get it yall are busy bussin out bagels but you have to still take in shop orders, I’ve been working since 15 if I woulda talk to a boss that way I woulda lost my job that day!

I recently visited your location to purchase bagels, but unfortunately I was treated rudely and service was refused. This was very disappointing, as I had hoped for a positive experience.

Einstein what happened!! I honestly think they need to replace their toaster machine. This is my second time, and a complete waste. Asked the employee to run the bagels through the toaster twice and they’re barely toasted. If you go to pick n save and purchase a 6 pack and toast them they taste better. I use to love Einstein and try to support, but at this pace it makes sense if business is going down.
