Easily some of the worst boba out here. Old tapioca and 90% ice. It was all terrible. On the plus side the interior was designed nice. I’d recommend they put more of their budget towards their recipes than their interior design though.

The drinks are amazing, but the environment was crazy loud. Like not the costumers, but the workers, they were insanely loud, my friends and I couldn’t hear ourselves talk, like I couldn’t hear my thoughts because of how loud they were.

Usually super good service and drinks. The lady that was there on August 23rd at 11 and was not pleasant at all. didn't bother greeting me. just stood there staring at me while blasting hard rock music so loud it was hard to think and make a decision. i hope when or if return i dont get her as my drink maker again. I asked her name and she looked at me and whispered. Horrible customer service.

Nice atmosphere and the Boba is nice is tender. Been going here for a while and even checked out other Boba shops, but this one is my favorite! They are constantly growing, and trying new things. I love seeing small businesses grow and I hope they can keep up the the demand :) also love that they give recommendations and always trying to make your experience nice, 10/10 staff.

Very good boba! The Monthly special, Raspberry Yakult Green Tea with Cheese top, is so sweet and delicious! As well as the regular Boba Tea. Cute cups and great service!

Used to love this place and their Thai tea, they had the best Thai tea on the East Side. I’m not sure if they changed their recipe or something, but the last few times I’ve gotten the Thai tea in the last two weeks, it’s been super watery and tasteless, more like watered down milk than anything else. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back until this is fixed, which really sucks because I LOVED the old Thai tea and I’d love to keep getting it.

We tried the strawberry peach smoothie and Mango smoothie. The smoothies melted extremely fast, since the boba was so hot and it affected the taste.We'd also ordered and paid for 2 buns, but didn't receive them when the smoothies were ready. After I asked for the 2 buns we ordered as well, we were told that they were sold out. Also, that we should check the display on the side before ordering from the kiosk.This was our first time here and we weren't aware of this. I'd think that the kiosk shouldn't allow customers to purchase products that are sold out. Normally you wouldn't be able to add an item to your cart, if it's no longer available.She then offered to provide a refund, after I asked about the buns. I just don't understand why I had to ask in order to get the refund. If I didn't say anything, they would've kept the $8 and some change.Also, the tip is calculated by the total cost, so essentially the tip calculations are incorrect too; Since it factored in the buns we weren't receiving.Not sure why I even paid a tip, when Noone greeted us upon entry. Plus another patron recieved their order before ours, even though they came in after and ordered at the counter. Also, Noone told us buns we'd paid for were sold out, or proactively offered to refund.Just a hot mess.The second star was added because the decor is cute.

I discovered this place yesterday. Had amazing Bobba tea. Enjoyed it so much we came back today. We ordered the exact same thing two days in a row. However, this time the lid was not put on properly. The minute my boyfriend went to drink it. It spilled hot booba all over him. Tried to call to talk to someone and their excuse was that because it's hot they can't seal it. Then you shouldn't sell it. We had no issues with the cup not leaking the day prior. They did not apologize nor ask if he was okay after getting hot tea spilled on him.
