Estabrook Beer Garden

Fantastic atmosphere, very family-friendly and pet-friendly. Great local musicians, good food and good beer. One of the reasons to love this neighborhood.

Be warned, they do have a 100 qty limit on brats. Had to bring a few from home just to get my fill.

An absolutely beautiful place to enjoy a drink. Also loved that they had heaters under their tents! We had our first date here 5 years ago and visited today with just a few days before our wedding. Such a special place.

Great beer garden in the park! Traditional Hofbrau beer and even cover if it rains. Nice view of the falls on the Milwaukee river too.

Beautiful beer garden location. Centered right off the oak leaf trail for easy bike access so you can leave the car at home. Has a camp ground vibe which is lovely, albeit their bathrooms could do with a renovation. Great beer selection and overall an excellent place to spend an afternoon for a couple drinks with friends and/or family.

Serves beer, soda, water and food. You can bring your own food and I would recommend. The food there is just the standard reheated pretzels, brats ect. From what I could see there are walking trails, fishing and a baseball field nearby for activities.

Expect to pay around $15 for a full beer stein. Bratwurst was good, but they only provide 1 ketchup and 1 mustard packet (upon request). Playground and short nature walk along river are just steps away. The building has real public bathrooms, but all seating is outside only so don't come if it's raining.

Very disappointing experience with a rude employee this Memorial Day. We own old beer steins we bought from Estabrook 10 years ago. We have traditionally brought the glasses to be refilled without incident. I’m not sure if there is a policy change but the employee rudely said to stop sneaking the glasses to get refilled. We could only have the plastic cups because they were too busy. We decided to leave.

I had an enjoyable time at this beer garden! The menu is small but I appreciated they had a featured craft beer, I ended up getting the Hefeweizen which they have half pint and full pint options of. My only issue was the lack of prices on the menu and the online menu not being updated (wrong prices, outdated glass deposit that doesn’t exist anymore) otherwise everything was pretty good and the employees were nice! There is a playground and baseball field nearby, so there is a bit a commotion from children and families but that is common for most beer gardens.

If you're going to add a tip, at least mention
it and show it on your receipt. It shouldn't come as a surprise when your transaction coears the bank days later.
