No longer on Uber Eats which is such a bummer because I'll probably never physically go there and refuse to use grub hibernate after a driver literally ate some of my food and left shrimp tails in there but let me just say that the Shrimp po boy mi is perfection in a bun. Get back on uber eats guys.
The food was honestly just not good. I got the birria ramen. I think the corn was frozen corn so I feel like the ingredients are not fresh. The ramen came with a cup of birria that did not even cover the noodles. It was so bland. We also got the sambal cauliflower and orange chicken burrito. The burrito was bland and flavorless and the tortilla was poor quality. It reminded me of college cafeteria food but I would have prefered that and it would have been half the price. The sambal cauliflower tasted like straight vinegar. Such a disappointment all around.
Just don’t do it, trust me
Ordered the Elote Fried Rice and Pozole Verde Ramen and they both were disappointing. When I poured the little amount of broth over my noodles, it became thick leaving no broth in my bowl so it’s just a bowl of noodles with chicken, egg, onion, and cilantro. The Elote fried rice also did not taste good.
My boyfriend and I got the elote fried rice and pozole verde ramen. Since it’s newer I definitely didn’t want to read any of the reviews first. I wanted to make my own judgement. I order through the DoorDash. The food when it arrived had close to no seasoning. When it arrived to my house I tried to add salt, hot sauce and other things to try and save it. Nothing worked. The “ramen” is nothing like ramen. The broth it’s suppose to be in, is closer to a thick sauce consistency. Plus it doesn’t have any flavor. Super disappointed because the food sounded good but was definitely a disappointment.
LOVE the elote fried rice

Tried the pozole ramen and the elote fried rice. Both were out of this world! I did curbside pick up and service was great, staff was super nice! Would definitely recommend.
Started seeing the Fiesta Panda menu items on my fb feed through the crafty cow and finally got to give it a try. We got 2 meals, the Nashville Ramen and Beef Bulgogi Cheesesteak and WOW. Items were generous portions and great toppings. Even though we ordered for carry out they came nice and hot which is a huge plus in the age of using carry out options more often now. Always been a big fan of CC and their unique and delicious ideas. Cant wait to try some other Fiesta Panda dishes!!!

I had the birria ramen and Brussels sprouts and both were amazing. I’ve had the Nashville hot ramen from the Crafty Cow before (Fiesta Panda is pop up from the same people), and the birria was even better. Both are pretty true to form as ramen but with a nice twist on the flavors. The sprouts were a little different than I was expecting, but being flaked meant they were so much crispier than a normal whole sprout.I’m also glad to see the hot chicken lumpia back on the menu. I had them months ago when they were a temporary item and was blown away. I can’t recommend them enough!
I ordered two bowls of ramen and they came with barely enough broth to cover the bottom of the bowls. I ended up tossing mine because the resulting meal of cold, tasteless noodles was too unappealing.I reached out to the parent company about my experience, but didn't receive any response. Overpriced, sub-par food, and 0 customer service.
