Their mac & cheese is very gross. We talk about flavor and food. Well, they don’t flavor their mac & cheese. It tasted like throw up. And I thought I was Trippin until everybody in the room said the same exact thing. Where’s the Velveeta? My chicken was hard and stringy. Flavor was there. their french fries off the chain very good their ranch very good. I’m about ready to take my mac & cheese down there. Tell them I’ll make this for you every day if you please stop selling the mac & cheese you’re selling right now. I will sacrifice my time.

So I’ve always heard about this place and wanted to try it. I got the firebird chicken sandwich with the Coleslaw fries and the lemonade, my daughter got the burger with fries and the chicken nuggets. Everything was great! The chicken sandwich was amazingly delicious only thing is the chicken breast could have been a little bigger but other than that it was good. The lemonade baby was fire lol 😂

Came as a door dasher but had to come back and try the food.. friendly staff, good food and ok neighborhood..
UPDATE! Just had to come back and revamp my review of this establishment. Last evening I had an unfortunate exchange with one of the new cashiers, which didn't end on a good note. After that, I had vowed not to ever order from there again.
Well this afternoon I had received an unexpected phone call from the actual owner of Firebird Hot Chicken, Eddie, and it really blew me away. He was so kind and just wanted to touch base with me & apologize about the incident that had occurred. Apparently they were having some mishaps with the online menu on Grubhub but that should all be resolved & corrected soon.
This man has restored my faith in what customer service should look like. I could tell that Mr. Eddie takes pride in his restaurant & loves serving the community. I also have to say that food wise, their beef nachos are some of the best I've eaten anywhere. Jam packed full of seasoned meat & fresh vegetables. I'm thinking about them right now! I will be back soon!

Beautiful building inside and out building. Lady at the front counter was very polite. Fries were delicious, but the fire chicken breast sandwich was disappointing. Not much flavor, lots of gristle, and dry. Bun was fantastic.
